What a “gem” Gemma is, a job really well done, and she goes out of her way to be really helpful with all sorts of tasks that are out of her original remit. 5* plus.

We've had Gemma for 8 years now, and I honestly can't imagine trusting anyone else with our home. She's thorough, reliable, and treats our house like it's her own. Always consistent and always leaves everything spotless. After 8 years, she feels less like a service and more like part of the family. Highly recommend!

Gemma is absolutely fantastic! Her attention to detail is wonderful and she always goes above and beyond. No job is too small and the support she has given me and my family over the last couple of years has been invaluable - not only in cleaning but also with general tidying, sorting and bed linens also when necessary. Also just a lovely person so thats a plus!
