Zamówiłam od nich pierścionek. Pierścionek nie wygląda w ogóle jak na zdjęciu. Zdobienie wokół kamienia w ogóle nie wygląda jak na reklamowym produkcie - są płaskie, płytkie i nie takie jak na zdjęciu . Wygląda jak pierścionek z temu albo innego chińczyka. Ja bym z takim z domu nie wyszła. A na dodatek przyszedł po prawie 2,5 miesiącach czekania. Na stronie informują o 7-9 dniach roboczych. Negatywnych komentarzy nie akceptują. Wygląda jak sklep z temu albo

I made a mistake on a custom piece and the Gnoce team was able to fix it with no questions and no hassle! Just asked me for the correct picture and finished the piece. No fuss and no extra charge (which was expected due to it being my error). All the pieces are lovely and well constructed.

Mi è arrivato ieri il pacco coi ciondoli prima del previsto compreso l'unicorno che sarebbe stato disponibile solo al raggiungimento di più ordini, e qualora non lo fosse stato mi avrebbero restituito il valore pagato. Contattati per i dettagli visto l'ordine partocolare fatto con un oggetto personalizzato e uno non presente mi hanno risposto più volte e immediatamente anche su WhatsApp e non lo davo per scontato visto che molte aziende pagate spariscono o non cambiano. Invece fin da subito hanno risposto. È davvero riduttivo chiamarli così. Sono gioielli bellissimi. Anche l'omaggio. Per il ciondolo personalizzato ci tenevo a sottolineare che, inizialmente non avevo capito come guardare l'immagine all'interno, ma una volta visto è splendido! Mi avevano avvisata subito che era un montaggio un pò complesso e poteva avere problemi invece è bellissimo. Si vede tutto splendidamente .Nonostante le mie domande, e dubbi perchè spesso on line sono stata fregata e non è mai arrivato nulla da altre aziende, ho trovato cura celerità e gentilezza e soprattuttomolta onestà nel rispondere. Perciò complimenti e grazie a questa speciale azienda.Sicuramente ho trovato un posto dove comprare regali per me a parenti bellissimi adatti ad ogni situazione.
