I received one of these cards as a bonus from my employer. It never did work. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Purchased 2 Go Shop Cards to use on a Lowes Purchase. One card worked, one was canceled by Go-Gift card because THEY suspected fraudulent activity. After contacting them, they could not reactivate my card, but mailed me a replacement. They sent a Go Eat card, which is only valid at select restaurants. Contacted on the phone, and according to their system, this is what the original card was. I looked online, and their system is WRONG. Both of my GO Shop cards (which are also listed that way on the receipt) are incorrect on their online system. No other way to contact the gift card company. Will try to cancel the credit card payment, and file a complaint with the Texas Department of Banking. Very frustrating and currently out a large sum of money.

If there was a negative star I would have chosen it. Got the card as a gift. Called customer service twice. They told me that they cant replace the card that doesn't work. These are just another scam from the people where the rest of the scams come from.

As a third-party card, these are not useful. Always buy the card from the business itself. I wish I had seen these other reviews before I bought the card. Got the card at Walmart; seems safe, right? Of the partners listed on the card we tried Top Golf and then Bonefish. Both explained that the third-party card was not connected to them and couldn't be honored. When I went back to Go, they could not verify my purchase without my sending them a copy of my driver's license in addition to a receipt and copy of the card. I refused, so the effort to resolve the issue ended there.

Terrible customer service, website is terrible, unable to use my gift card because of their website issues and they are impossible to contact to fix issues

Yes these gift cards are a scam. I tried to use at Outback and Ulta. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I called each time and spoke to Melinda, then Sikas, then Towin, then Zyra. All SCAM SCAM. All SCAM SCAMAll SCAM SCAMAll SCAM SCAMAll SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I wish I had read these prior to my purchasing card. I bought it at Walgreens. Who would have thought they were promoting fraud

My wife and I went to Cracker Barrel for a nice day out only to have our gift card declined. These are a total scam! Do not buy them!

The gift card does not work. I am embarassed that everytime I go to the counter to pay it is declined. I spent time on the phone with the company, and it's a load of crap. They are not telling you the truth and it's always declined.

My husband has the same problem, and we both want a refund! Guess what, no refund available

Do not buy these gift cards. Just don’t purchase them for any reason.
Unusable as sold and absolutely no help is offered when you call the customer service #. Not only can you barely understand them, but also they offer no help whatsoever.
Should be taken off the market.

Worse gift card EVER!! Please do not purchase these as they don’t work at the merchants depicted on the cards and when I called in to customer service I was advised to “just try the card at another merchant on the card”..rude and unacceptable! The fact that my husband and I were out with a group of other couples and were completely embarrassed as our wedding gift gift card wouldn’t go through and the merchant was able to pull up the account online and see the funds but not get them off of the card! I’m now awaiting a refund check for a wedding gift I received 2 months ago. This is messy and inconvenient! Do yourself and your friends a favor and don’t use these gift cards…EVER!!

This was given to me as a gift. Went to Cracker Barrel. It charged my card $6.00 more than what the bill was but only showed that it charged the correct amount on the receipt. The only way I knew it charged more was the cashier told me I only had $3.00 left on my card when I should have had $9.00. Not even going to try to contact the company after reading all of the other reviews. When I tried the website, I couldn’t even find the correct one to find my balance or see if the right amount was put on. At least I was able to get one use out of it which seems better then some people.

Scam cards don't work. Not cold stone etc

Those cards are a scam. You pay and activate them but they doesn't work at any store in Quebec. We you call them, they say they cannot reimburse those cards in Canada. It should be forbidden to sell those cards.

Got the card as a gift. Tried to use it twice, but was denied both times. Called the company and was told the reason it was declined was the charge was greater than the balance. It was explained to me that the only way it works is if the amount purchased equals the card balance. How many times will this ever possibly happen. It is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GIFT CARD!!!!!

I too, think this is some sort of scam. Someone bought me one of these, it had multiple restaurants. It was for $50. The first restaurant couldn’t get it to go through, I sat on hold for 30m in restaurant with go-giftcards, finally gave up. Tried it again a month later at another restaurant on the card and it wouldn’t go through either. I figured I’d throw it out - I got lucky and the restaurant said they’d manually give me the credit on my bill, so I didn’t have to try to call again and waste all that time. DO NOT BUY.

I got a gift card and it didn't worked. After calling them and open the case they told us to wait 2-3 weeks to fix your issue. 2 month past nothing happened and We tried to use it. it didn't work no where that back if the card mentioned. We called them back they told us the address that we gave them for the case it's not matching with our address ( with is a big lie) we just had one address in our entire life and I gave them the same address. So basically after transferring us to each other for more than 2 hours. They said we are so sorry we can't help and hanged up on us. Like it's not even scam it's stealing in day light.

This gift card is the worst! It was a Christmas gift. I’ve tried it 3 different times at one of the restaurants on the front. None would accept it. Told me I needed some type of code or email. I’ve called the number on the card. Told me I had to go the restaurants website. Looked then called the restaurants helpline. It’s a complete scam.
