Horrible service. Product not in stock but ended up holding my money causing additional problems! Trash customer service. Never buy ever!

This place is a rip-off I paid for a part that they advertised and they sent partial of the part. You pay for shipping and it takes 2 weeks for you to receive your order! There is no way for you to talk to a physical person you have to email them and wait for a response which is very inconvenient!!!! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

They sent a valve seal when I ordered a vacuum canister. I was unable to get anything but a recording by phone, there chat had no idea except to return the seal, that web site kept cutting off half way through the process. I have disputed the charge with my cc and made several requests for the vacuum canister with no response. Don’t order anything from them, they are incompetent at best and a scam most likely.

Misleading and false claims on when they will ship items out. Says it will ship same day if ordered within so much time but does not and when you contact them, they say it's an old advertisement and true time is 2–4-day processing with 3–5-day ship time. Customer service was no help and even with there mistake, they said they can't expedite. BAD!!

This company is so unbelievably incompetent, they send out random parts nothing equivalent to what you ordered, and it is impossible to contact anyone within the company! Absolutely no customer support at all. Do not fall victim to this company!!!

I ordered and paid for a part. After 4 days when the should have been shipped I was contacted and told that the part was sold to someone else. I was then offered another part with 100,000 more miles on it for the same price. I reluctantly agreed because I needed the part. Then two days I received another email saying the part was once again given to someone else and I was being refunded the money. Highly unprofessional to say the least.

Not recommended, purchased part paid got confirmation then they sold to someone else and cancelled my order… No way to do business

This company is a scam. I placed an order, the order was confirmed. Then they emailed me saying they already sold it but had another part with 30K more miles for the same price. When I told them this was a bait and switch scam they kicked me out of the chat and I couldn't get back in.

Just like everybody else says on here, they took my order on Thursday charge my credit card $235. Cancel the order on Monday. Refunded me the money. This is the most deceptive company I’ve ever seen.

so... I ordered and paid $52.00 for a Jack Rod XL and they sent me the wrong item. They sent me a used beat up 6 ton bottle jack. When I emailed them about the problem after several days I was advise they had looked into the problem and they had issued me a refund "AS THEY WERE UNABLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT". So I thought id check this out for myself and went onto their website and low and behold relisted on their website was my Jack Rod XL for $159.95........ im done with them... buyer beware

I placed order #229703747 with Go-Parts on July 8. Six days later, my order was still showing as “processing,” with no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no clear explanation of what was happening.
When I contacted customer service, the representative said they were requesting tracking details from the parts department and asked to update me by email. Instead of receiving an actual update, I was given repeated apologies and generic responses. Nobody could tell me whether the part was in stock, when it would ship, or why the warehouse had not processed it.
Their stated processing time was 1–3 business days, but even after that period passed, the company still could not provide a shipping date. I had to repeatedly ask the same questions, while customer service continued giving scripted answers instead of taking responsibility or solving the problem.
After I explained that I needed the tracking number that day or I would cancel, they still did not provide any useful information. The company eventually canceled the order and issued a refund because the item had never shipped. I now have to wait additional business days for my own money to return to my account, while also losing valuable time waiting for a part I needed.
The most frustrating part was the complete lack of communication and accountability. Go-Parts accepted my payment but apparently could not confirm the status of the product or provide even a basic shipping estimate. Their customer service representatives seemed unable to contact the warehouse effectively, investigate the delay, or offer any meaningful solution beyond apologies and cancellation.
This was an unacceptable and unprofessional experience. Go-Parts wasted my time, delayed my repair, held my money, and forced me to start over with another company. Based on the service I received, I do not trust their order-processing system or their customer support. I strongly recommend that customers consider purchasing from a company that can confirm inventory, ship orders on time, and communicate honestly when there is a problem.

This company is fraud. Can't leave a review on their site! Never shipped product or returned emails. Had to dispute the charge with cc company

I needed to replace a broken tail light on my Tundra and purchased through go-parts.com. Despite having ordered the correct item and showing this proof to them, they refused to exchange it when they sent me the wrong tail light. I had to wait to make the repair due to extenuating circumstances and since I just missed their return window, they refused to help despite learning that they had sent me the wrong car part. I wasn't looking for my money back or a return, I just wanted a clean exchange for the right part that I did in fact order, yet they refused to recognize the mistake or provide a suitable solution. No matter what the scenario was, their return policy trumped all reason and for this, I am leaving this negative feedback in hopes that their shady business practice doesn't impact someone else! Thank you.

Horrible company this company is only a dropship. They don’t know their parts. I refused delivery that I paid for and it went back to their drop shipping warehouse in Quebec same place at left. I told them they could still keep a tip. They kept the lion share of $390 and sent me $10 that I was kindly saying that they could have just for the trouble of pressing the button it has been weeks and this has cost me numerous headaches as well as just a negative vibe in general do not buy from this company. I hope this helps every review on their website is manufactured. Good service goes a long way purchase from Amazon.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. In my experience, Go-Parts have been unreliable and unresponsive. They sent the wrong part and have failed to respond to any communication for over a month, leaving the issue unresolved. I have left multiple voicemail messages, as they do not answer their phones, and sent several emails without receiving a response. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

Ordered a part that arrived broken. I have sent several emails and have received no reply. I guess I am out $200 dollars, I will try to cancel through my credit card. Avoid this company.

I took a chance ordering a part from a co. I'd never heard of in a foreign country but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered my tail light assy on Sept 12, it arrived in Tasmania, Australia on Sept 20, perfect condition, perfect fit for 60% less than quoted by my local OEM dealer. Am I happy, yep; would I recommend go-parts, most certainly.
