Phenomenal experience repairing the alloys on my Merc CLA Coupé. I was shocked at the results, truly. Michael Hammett made them look as if they’ve come straight out of the showroom. I genuinely thought it’d be a light clean, but the level of detail and precision that went into making these look brand spanking new is brilliant. Michael was a gent, great communication throughout, and happy to answer any questions and tell me more about the process. Brilliant guy. 10/10 experience.

Avoid at all cost. They might have good technicians elsewhere but the guy covering Leicester area is completely useless. He ruined my panels.

Initially they agreed to come and rectify but now claiming the damaged was caused by me washing car to early which caused chemical reaction. Complete lie.

Annoyed I didn't catch his name but great attitude, very easy going and got on with it immediately.. Only to find after 4 weeks of not washing my car by hand that the 2 tiny stone chip marks, not only looked far worse but far easier to notice. Now being told by RAMP that in the fine print anything under 5mms MAY REMAIN NOTICEABLE which I had absolutely no idea about. I was clueless and naive enough to think a professional would make it so I couldn't find the chips. A simple marker would have been less obvious, along with the colour being different didn't help..

My repair was done by Mick Shelly. From start to finish was accommodating of any questions asked and went above and beyond to make my repair perfect. I am so happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Rhys carried out repairs on my car this morning and I honestly can’t rate him highly enough. His communication was excellent — both the day before and again on the morning of the visit — which immediately gave me confidence.

After assessing the chips and dints, he explained clearly what he was going to do and what he hoped to achieve. What he delivered went way beyond anything I thought was possible. He took real care matching the paint on my orange MG, and the results are unbelievable — you can’t even see where the repairs were. It looks like new.

Rhys did an absolutely amazing job and I can’t thank him enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Go Smart Repair, especially if all their staff are as skilled, professional and committed as Rhys.
