Phil is an amazing person, mentor, and coach. He goes above and beyond for the community. I would recommend this for anyone serious about starting or scaling their Amazon wholesale journey.

I first began my journey with Phil and The Syndicate at the end of July, after bouncing from one Amazon mentorship to the next.

Each of the previous programs I joined seemed genuine at first. But once I got to know the people behind them, the truth started to unravel. Some had little to no actual experience selling on Amazon and were essentially trying to sell me a “system” of videos and PDFs. Others seemed to know what they were talking about, but wanted a ridiculous amount of money for the privilege of learning from them.

Then I met Phil.

From the beginning, Phil came across as sincere, upfront, and completely no-BS. It didn’t take long to realize that he genuinely knows what he’s talking about. But here’s the kicker: he GENUINELY cares about his students. Every single one of us.

Phil makes himself available, and I mean really available. Not just on certain days at certain times, but whenever you need help. And the same goes for the other coaches. They’re there for you, they answer your questions, and they actually want to see you succeed.

One of the things that initially drew me to Phil was how much I identified with his story and what led him into this business. There is a level of relatability and authenticity that I hadn’t experienced with the other programs I’d been involved with.

I honestly can’t say enough about Phil and his entire team at The Syndicate. After my experiences with other mentorships, finding Phil was a Godsend.

He’s the real deal.

More importantly, The Syndicate hasn’t just given me information. Phil and his team have given me the knowledge, support, confidence, and mindset to believe that I can actually build something of my own.

I came into this looking for someone who could teach me how to succeed. What I’ve found is a team of people who genuinely want to see me succeed. I also have access to a community of like-minded students who are always willing to share ideas, answer questions, and lend a hand when someone needs help and encouragement.

Phil and the team are always available for their members. They show you the ins and outs of the industry and help you get on your feet. If you put in the work, and dedicate yourself to being successful, the Syndicate will push you to get to your dream goals.

I was skeptical before joining and “shopped around” the seemingly 100’s of mentorship’s out there. The Syndicate (namely Phil) message hit a little different. So after the initial group meeting Phil’s community message was in fact different. Transparency as far as investment costs, time tables, work to be put in and just a sincere product to help people. NOT TO MENTION THEY WOULD STICK BY ME UNTIL I STARTING SEEING SUCCESS!! That was enough for me. Since joining it was all I was promised which is all I can ask. My successes have been way more swift than i give myself credit for under THEIR tutelage. My “failures” are of my own doing and are leaning experiences. Sincerity, transparency and a true community that HELP each other, not every man for themselves is what I got. My success is on the way!!!

This isnt just a program it’s a community. It not only helps you with how to run your bus unit it helps you become the person you knew you could always become. Just immerse yourself into the community and follow the steps ans it will change your life.

I joined the Syndicate's 1-on-1 six month mentorship after my first paid mentorship did not provide me with enough guidance or knowledge for my Amazon business. I was absolutely blown away with the support I received from the Syndicate and the overall community as a whole. I got every question answered. I got every problem resolved.
