Dear Any Lab Test Now â Damonte Ranch Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding my recent experience at your Damonte Ranch location and to request a full refund for the services I received.
From the outset, my experience was unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable for a healthcare setting.
Specifically:
My initial phone interaction was deeply concerning. When I called, the staff member was having a weird conversation and acted like she didn't know she had answered her phone, completely ignoring me. When I called back, she repeatedly hung up on me. When she finally did answer properly, she claimed she was using the bathroom.
The individual who performed my blood draw, Andrea (I was not given a last name), was dismissive, aggressive, and unprofessional. She repeatedly talked over me when I asked questions, gave me dirty looks during the procedure, and hung up on me when I called for updates.
She answered the phone while clearly occupied with personal conversations and failed to follow through on multiple promises to call me back regarding my lab results.
The blood draw itself was unusually painful and performed in a way that made me feel anxious and unsafe.
Despite assurances that my lab results would be available within a few days (with one taking about a week), it has now been 7 days, and I am still waiting for results I urgently need for a doctor's appointment.
I am also very concerned about the integrity of the lab services and the physician listed on my results. When I researched the name on my report (Kasey Lazjr Abanonu, MD), I found multiple serious legal issues online that further eroded my trust in the care I received.
Additionally, I have noticed a discrepancy between the overwhelmingly positive online reviews on one platform and significantly different feedback posted elsewhere, raising concerns about transparency and the reliability of the public feedback presented.
Due to the unacceptable quality of care, unprofessional conduct, delayed results, and serious concerns regarding lab processing and oversight, I am formally requesting a full refund for all services provided. If this request is not honored, I will be disputing the charge with my bank and escalating my complaint through additional channels.
Please respond in writing to confirm receipt of this complaint and your plan for issuing the refund.
