I am beyond furious with Goatgears and the entire experience I had shopping with them. I ordered a pair of Nike Phantom GX boots, which are supposed to be high-quality, premium products. What did I get? A pair of fake, poorly made knock-offs that barely resemble the real deal. The stitching was off, the material felt cheap, and the branding was clearly a shoddy attempt at copying Nike’s design.

It’s infuriating to pay top dollar for what you think is a genuine product, only to be scammed by a company that clearly has no regard for its customers. I contacted their customer service to resolve the issue, and surprise, surprise, they completely ignored my emails. No response, no apology, nothing. It’s clear this company is just out to make a quick buck at the expense of unsuspecting buyers like me.

If you care about quality and getting what you actually paid for, DO NOT shop from Goatgears. They are fraudulent, their products are counterfeit, and their customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam of a company. Don’t waste your money or time on them.
I sent them countless emails asking them if there boots are authentic which they replied these boots are from the Nike Vietnam factory and 100% authentic they are also selling counterfeit Lamine Yamal boots that are fake as there are only 301 real pairs in the world
I am beyond ashamed and disappointed in this sham of company and I WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Realize un pedido el 20 de noviembre para asegurarme que la camiseta llegue a tiempo para el regalo de navidad de mi hijo. Nunca llego, ni en Navidad, no en reyes, nunca. El envio no tuvo lugar, me enviaron el primer numero de seguimiento el 20 de noviembre y despues de enviarles mails para saber que ocurria con mi envio que no habia sido depositado en la agencia de transportes, me decian que tenga paciencia. Luego me dijron que lo habian vuelto a enviar y me dieron otro numero de seguimiento, pero iagual que el primero nunca depositaron el paquete. Mi hijo se quedo sin regalo, que es lo peor. No compren en esta tienda es un Scam.

"When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is..." I wish I had remembered this once piece of golden advice. To be honest, all was going well - we ordered a shirt with my son's Christmas money and, as a young football shirt collector, he was thrilled with the delivery...and so was I generally with the price. However, a few days later my eagle eyed 13 year old realised that the number printing on the reverse wasn't quite as it should be. On closer inspection he realized that the number style was from the previous season. A small, subtle difference but big enough for an avid football fan to feel dissatisfied that this wasn't a true replication of this seasons kit. Therefore, I contacted Goatsgear to explain their oversight. Initially, they refused to take responsibility stating that they had no control over printing, which I thought was pretty poor. After challenging them they asked what I expected as a rectification. I shared that I would expect a replacement kit with correct number printing and I would be happy to return the original shirt. They refused to accept my return but said they were willing to honour a replacement IF I brought another shirt...
Cheeky, was my initial thought...but after consultation with my son, who was keen for his replacement, we agreed that he could select another shirt for his birthday and I would order and keep this in advance for his big day. Goatgears were receptive and confirmed that if I made the order, sent them the order no, then my replacement shirt would be included in the delivery. All sounded straight forward...or so I thought.
Around 10 days later the package arrived...the new birthday shirt but NO replacement of the Christmas purchase. How strange. Four emails later, spanning almost 3 weeks and complete and utter radio silence. I feel like a total fool for trusting Goatgears to honour the agreement we had over email. Please think really carefully before using this service.

Bought two shirts,only one was delivered and it was at least 2 sizes too small. The other shirt never turned up. (Over 3 months ). Theyve taken my money and are not answering emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....

Have been awaiting my order for nearly 3 weeks.
They have said its in transit but nothing so far.
Communication is somewhat limited.
Would love to have some update or even the shirt I ordered
