Only giving one star as I can't give no stars!
Ordered a kit 2 weeks ago received a confirmation email stating 8 days for delivery and a tracking number!
Have not been able to track package as it's still not here sent an email days ago and not a word back!

This Company is very precise with it's delivery and the tracking was easy to check. But above all I was very pleased with the customer service which assured and guided me each time I had an enquiry. The football shirt is amazing and the quality too.

This jersey is the best. great quality. love it. it did take awhile to come but the goatkit team communicated asap

Boots have decent quality but shipping was awful came 3 weeks after expected delivery date but overall it's ok

Goat Kits happily sold a product (a Brighton Hove Albion fan shirt) advertised on its web-site to a customer but it did not not have the shirt in stock to sell. It then took Goat Kits 5 days to inform the customer that the shirt was out of stock. Manifestly: chaotic stock control. Details: On 1st of March 2024, Goat Kits informs the customer "Thank you for your order". Everything looks good. But then, 5 days later (6th March), Goat Kits informs the customer "Sorry we are out of stock, would you like something else" [in other words: Can we keep your money and sell you something that you did not originally intend to buy?] Half an hour after the "Sorry" message, GK sends a "Shipment Update" message to the customer telling him that the order is "completed". Very ambiguous, single-sentence comms. In summary: Raised expectations. Then (5 long days later) disappointment. Then finishing with confusion.

Highly rubbish service. No ways about it. The worst part is that it took GK 5 days to work out that it was out of stock. Why did it take so long? Consequences (for the customer): Wasted time/opportunity. The birthday boy, whose party is now only 4 days away, is not going to get the present the customer wanted for him. The customer could have bought a similar shirt from another vendor. But he chose Goat Kits --and evidently got screwed over. Untrustworthy. Avoid.

The shirts quality is so good and you don’t get scammed it takes a little long to come home 2-6 weeks

Great quality kit for good price only thing is wouldn't recommend getting a patch as it wasn't very good quality but apart from that and the quite long delivery time. Great kit shop

Finally, our order was found and proceeded. I note that we had two orders, the first one came within 8 days, very quickly, the second one was lost but finally found after some time. I ordered the Barcelona x OVO kit from goat kits as it was not available anywhere else with the same customization options. I just received it and it is amazing quality, just like I bought it from Nike. The best part was the very low price, my jerseys typically cost me about $100-$115, but goatkits charged me $56 for the jersey and the customizations. The only “issue” was the long shipping time, it took a month to arrive but it was worth the wait!

There was some big complications with the ordering due to the courier, however they were able to quickly fix the issue and send me out a replacement. The quality of the shirts are amazing and they fit nicely, ill be ordering more from there for sure. Their customer service is second to none and act quickly on any issues you may have. Overall they’re great at what they do!
