Gobiotix has the worst customer service



Gobiotix has the worst customer service I've experienced. They sent my mom expired products, and when I contacted them, they replied:
"Our team is currently producing a new batch, and once it becomes available we’ll be happy to send replacements for your order."

I purchased a total of 12 bottles. They only refunded my most recent order, and despite promising replacement bottles, they never sent them. I spoke with someone named Becca throughout the process.

In the end, I had to throw away all of the expired bottles. It's especially disappointing because I had recommended Gobiotix to my family and friends. Very poor customer service and I won't be purchasing from them again.

The 40% memorial day discount made it good.
Only 4 stars BC the website was terribly wonky. Logging in, confirming my identify, & bringing up my previous account was all fraught with problems. Shop pay constantly popping up interrupting; taking minutes to receive sent e-mails and texts from GoBiotix to confirm & proceed; clicking on a product to place in my cart didn't work until the 4th attempt. Nothing was easy or smooth. Took over 30 minutes to place a simple order that should have taken 5 minutes or less.
