Excellent delivery! very professional and on time!

Le colis est arrivé bien emballé à la porte. Merci au livreur.

Nous avons acheté notre cuisine chez IKEA et après 3 tentatives de livraison, ils ne sont aucunement capables de lire une adresse, ils ont l’adresse mais tentent toujours de livrer dans une autre ville. C’est une compagnie et des employés incompétents. Je ne recommande aucunement cette compagnie.

Amazing service and accurate delivery

Always delivered at my doorstep, inside a large building. They go out of their way to make a safe delivery when nobody is home. Best delivery service out there!

Is it possible to give zero stars?

Ikea delivery. Paid extra for it to come before 1pm so I could assemble before picking up kiddo at school.

at 1:15pm, nothing. There is no way to call GoBolt, only chat. The first 2 "people" I talked to were clearly bots. The third was a person but guess what - they can't call the drivers either.

At 1:35 we get a text that says we are next, then we watch the truck sit at 2 other spots, clearly making deliveries that are not ours.

At 2:45 a driver finally called to say they were 20 minutes away. We watched on the live tracker as they drove out of the way, then the wrong way to our house. 40 minutes later we call, they say 5 min (trackers shows they are a good 20 min drive from our house). 5 minutes later they call to say they are at the wrong address (GoBolts own trackers shows the correct one). We give them directions and at 3:40 they finally show up

Half the packages were open. I now cannot install my closet because they lost the end pieces for the racks. The took many pictures of my house "to prove delivery" and when I asked them to delete them they lied to me. I will be filing criminal charges with the police tomorrow

La pire compagnie de livraison que j'ai vu. Ne faite pas livrer de cuisine IKEA avec cette compagnie. Les livreurs ont cachés des boites de mes produits pleine d'huile et brisés. Quand on fini par les rejoindre il n'accepte pas de régler.

The worst delivery company I've ever seen. Don't have IKEA kitchens delivered with this company. The delivery employees hid boxes of my products full of oil and broken. When we finally reached them, they refused to discuss and settle the claim.

friendly delivery man, good service

Delivery was scheduled for 17h-21h. When I came home for lunch, around 12h15, the package was at the front door, packing slip thrown on the stairs. I got a text around 18h45 to make it look like it was delivered within the scheduled time frame. I can provide a photo & screen ahot of the message. This was a $900 item.

Good notifications, used building's secure package system (not every service does) & package was in good condition.

Nous étions à la maison alors le livreur aurait pu sonné et on aurait récupérer le colis. Mais j'ai rapidement vu le courriel qui me confirmait la livraison avec photos à l'appui alors je suis allé voir à la porte.

This company, despite multiple communications, tried twice to deliver my package to a wrong address (it was correct on the package), and despite many interactions with a live chat agent, they did not make the corrections. It seems to have only been finally delivered when I let them know that I was going to give a bad review (after they indicated that they were sending the package back to the sender). This has never happened with any other delivery service that I have dealt with in Montreal.

Worst company ever, i have no Idea why Ikea use them. I was scheduled for a mattress pick up from Ikea with them. Waited all day, 3:05PM they said i was not here. Contacted within 10 minutes customer service, the driver lied saying he called multiples times and waited outside and i was not here. I said i have phone record to prove he never called and camera to prove he never came. I asked to escalate a complaint and a record of the transcript, then the agent disconnects. Customer service is just as bad as the driver.
