It was fast. And I could see who was delivering by looking at the truck and the delivery guy.

On time, pleasant driver. App was accurate

I received my package today. The only reason I knew it had arrived was there was a LARGE clunk sound at my front door. It must have been thrown at the door. If it had been set down on the step I wouldn’t have heard a thing. I actually spoke to the drive and she denied throwing it at the front door. I told that I hoped my product wasn’t broken. She said there wasn’t a FRAGILE sticker on it. I thanked her and walked away.

Delivery on time and handle with car

Very quick and superb service. Tracking is great and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Good delivery experience and item was delivered on time. Item dropped in a safe location, i.e. at doorstep as expected.

The item was delivered quickly, the delivery person spoke in a friendly manner and caution for packaging was obvious.

I appreciated the driver calling me in advance to tell me he would be here soon. He was professional and courteous. He brought in the heavy boxes into the house, which was nice.

The delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address and after emailing them several times they did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. We received a simple e mail back telling us that we now have to get in touch with the merchant to "initiate a claim" because it's now considered a lost package. So because their driver couldn't read the address clearly labelled on the package we have to go through the website that told us to contact the carrier.

The communication was perfect through the text updates. Then the 3 guys came and were very professional and proficient! Great service!

Arrived when anticipated, delivery person followed instructions and buzzed me. Safe delivery in an apartment building where lots of packages left in the lobby go missing. Thank you for following my instructions.

I haven't tried the protein yet, but visited my daughter Caroline in Pickering, she has a whole shelf and showed me how many she has.
She loves it and whatever she loves, I will.
