I was amazed how fast i received it. Everything was as shown on tracking.

Delivered sooner than expected. My courier was awesome; polite, friendly & efficient. Thank you.

Package arrived safely and on time.

Good, friendly, but rushed me to sign the paper, which made me not realize they forgot a product until a couple of days later when everything was unpacked.

The delivery driver lied when the address was correct and claimed they called the buzzer. When contacted the customer service through chat, the chat agent or the bot couldn’t provide me with a clear instructions or how to assist. They claimed the warehouse team will handle the rescheduling and then advised to have it handled by the merchant. My Christmas gift to my mom won’t arrive on time cuz of GObolt. Fake company probably the driver stole my package. Now I’m out if my package and gift for Christmas

Saw the delivery driver as I was leaving. They followed directions and placed the package right where I asked

They were supposed to coordinate a mattress pickup from my address. They don't serve this area though. Since then (for about 2 years now) I get automated email reminders. Contacted "customer support" a couple of times but they don't care. The emails land in my spam folder. But it is still annoying since it is probably one email a week and they could easily fix it.

The text messages letting me know that my delivery was close then when it was successfully dropped off in my porch was fantastic.

Followed directions perfectly and delivered right on time.

My Cozey items were delivered at 7:30pm today and the truck that came was too big to fit under the canopy of my condo building. The driver was on his own and was concerned about getting a parking ticket but he quickly moved all my packages (7 of them) into my building where we had the elevator ready. When he heard that I was on my own to move them from the elevator into my condo he rode up with me and quickly and efficiently moved them into my condo.
I think he accomplished all this in about 10mins which was wonderful.

I wasn't home the wife was and I didn't hear from her I just got a email notification saying it was delivered and the wife didn't call me so thay did good
