Gobook Printing レビュー

The publisher had great communication with me up until I finally sent them the PDF they requested to publish my book on Sept 28th, 2026, but haven't heard back from them since.
Update- Since my review, a publisher rep reached out to say the large PDF file I sent via email was sent to spam and they were therefore not aware I had emailed them until the review. They have been in constant communication since that time and I'm satisfied so far. Will provide a final review once the book is completed.
Update #2 (10/27/26)- Received my book and the company threw in a second complimentary one. Excellent quality, very nicely done and I'm more than satisfied. I will definitely work with them again.

Excellent service and super efficient.
Jason's help throughout the whole process made everything so simple and easy ! It's my second time working with Gobooks, and I will definitely come back here for my next book printing projects.

Jason was very competent, understanding and helpful. Everything went as discussed.
Cards of perfect quality.
German bank account with no fees.
My next order will be again with this company.

This is my second time ordering from GoBooks. I can’t overstate how pleased I am with the quality of my children’s book. I order paperback books, and they offer sturdier covers than I can get through KDP (who only offers one option). Their prices enable me to wholesale my books to retailers at a generous margin.
They place the books in a plastic bag, then inside a VERY sturdy box. That box goes inside another box with very thick cardboard corner protectors between the two boxes.
Conversely, KDP sent me 50 books with the inferior cover in a huge box with zero packing material and 35 of them were damaged from being shuffled around during shipping.
I don’t need to worry about that happening again now that I found GoBooks!

The end product is exactly what I asked for. Great quality.
In regards to their service, I can only give Jason 5 star. He provided me with clear instructions and was very patient with me. He also ensured I was informed of every step.
Can’t say enough great things about their service, would recommend 100%.

Printing my children’s book with Gobook printing is the best decision I have made in getting my books into the hands of readers.

Working with Jason is like he’s sitting in the room with me - responsive within minutes, helpful, provides ideas, and gets me the result I want, even if I don’t know what I want sometimes.

Jason understands printing and the requirements of publishing.

My books arrived quickly, without delay, in perfect condition.

The print quality overwhelmed me with the paper quality, colour, finishes, and binding. I didn’t know what to expect, so I had lower expectations but wow they blew me away with how perfect they are.

I get the same feedback from readers, that the quality is amazing.

I normally don’t give reviews but this is one that I’m happy to give because Jason and Gobook have blown me away with how nice and professional they are.

Thank you.

Jason was excellent to deal with. I had no experience in printing board books and he was extremely patient and helpful in helping me get ready for submission. He was also prompt in his email responses, despite a large time change between him and I. Excellent experience overall!

I had a great experience printing my first hardcover children’s book with Gobook Printing. The quality exceeded my expectations—the colors, binding, and overall finish are beautiful. Jason was responsive, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Gobook to anyone looking for high-quality book printing.

We used GoBook to print 500 hardcover board books for a children's title and the result was excellent. Jason was responsive the whole way through, the sample came back fast and looked great, and the DDP quote was very competitive. He kept me updated with tracking at every step across three separate shipments (Australia, the US, and a one-off gift copy). Colour and print quality are spot on. Happy to recommend them for short-run children's books.

Highly recommend using this company, you will not be disappointed!! I got to work with Jason and he was extremely helpful every step of the way ! My request was probably a little different than what they are used to, I had found an old project from school (children’s book) that I simply wanted printed to keep for memories and pass on to my kids one day ! At first, it seemed maybe I would not be able to get it printed, but Jason continued to work with me and the final product came out perfect ! Also, very fast shipping! The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and easy! Don’t hesitate to work with this company !

I’m really glad I chose Gobook Printing for my first illustration book. The print quality is outstanding, the colours stay true to my original artwork, and the paper feels excellent.

The customer service was just as impressive. Jerry supported my project throughout, staying proactive and attentive every step of the way. That level of care and attention to detail made a real difference.

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Jason was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever printing my children’s book in bulk; and, Jason helped me the entire way! His English is great and he kept me updated and helped me with any questions I had immediately. Not only was the quality of the final product great, the communication and customer assistance was beyond belief! I have found my printing company for life because of him and highly recommend this company to anyone who is trying to pick a printer!

Great customer service, Jason is amazing! My book turned out even better than I could have imagined.
Highly recommend Gobook Printing!
I’m from Texas and the service was like GoBook was in Dallas. Great job!
Wish I could leave a photo in my review.

Excellent printer — the books arrived with crisp printing, vibrant colors, and tight binding.
Communication was fast and clear; they answered questions, helped solve a problem with the color mode and sent a proof before production.
Overall highly recommended Gobook Printing. The quality of my books exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommend Jason from GoBook Printing. Jason was super helpful from enquiry stage right through to checking in to make sure the delivery had landed in our Warehouse in NZ. Jason was more than happy to guide us through the quoting and proofing stage and offering finishing options to ensure our end product was exactly what we wanted. Quality is fantastic - we now have a high end glossy magazine that we can distribute.

Working with Jason at GoBook Printing exceeded my expectations. The final product was above and beyond any other company I got samples from. The process was smooth from start to finish. Jason even caught errors that we made on our end and was able to help us fix them before production. He was on top of everything, every step of the way, and extremely patient and easy to work with. Communication was very clear and he walked us through the process to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. The books arrived on time, even with a tighter deadline than originally planned. The quality of the cookbooks we printed were impeccable from the picture quality to the paper quality, we were very pleased. I will definitely work with him again in the future. He made the whole process feel easy. It was also extremely affordable and shipping wasn’t the headache I had with other companies. I can’t recommend GoBook Printing enough! This is the place to get your high end books printed at an affordable price. Worth every penny.

Jason is wonderful to work with. From quoting my book order to shipping it and he follows up with you after you receive it to make sure you are 100% satisfied. They do a first class job. I don’t have. Single complaint. I’m getting ready to place my third order with them.

For a high-end art book of 160 pages, Gobook exceeded my expectations. The gold foil stamping on the dust jacket and cover was perfect, and the printing on the interior pages was excellent.

Jerry understood my requirements, and he delivered like a pro.

I cannot recommend Gobook highly enough for excellent service and first-class printing and binding.

Copies of this book will accompany my first book which is in the libraries of MoMA, The Tate, The Louvre, The National Gallery of Australia, The National Library of Australia, and The National Museum of China.

I had a great experience working with Jason to print my children's picture book. He was very responsive and flexible (at first, we did not know what we wanted, so we went back and forth with quotes and sizes). It never felt too pushy or forced and he was very diligent at keeping me updated along the printing and shipment process. Great experience!!

Jason was great, clearly understood what I wanted and the final result was better than I could have ever expected!
