Excellent service and delivery in day of release, 5 stars !!! 👌

Superb customer service, friendly welcoming shop and an owner who knows his stuff. Definitely the go-to place for comics and collectibles in the area.

Amazing shop with excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help. My #1 local gaming and comic shop. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Amazing service from Drew, 1sr class customer service and great quality products, Would definitely recommend 10/10

I got a PS5 from Gobsmack comics around the time they launched. At a time where PS5 stock was like gold dust, with many traders selling them at extortionate prices way above the RRP, Gobsmack were brilliant. Drew ran on a first-come, first-serve basis, where customers were placed on a waiting list until the stock came in. He kept in regular contact with me, letting me know when he expected to have a PS5 for me to pick-up, and less than a week after the initial launch date, I was able to collect one from the shop in Horsham at the RRP of £450 (disc version). Brilliant and honest retailer, would highly recommend.

Local shop still managed to have the best price, available stock and a personal email when the stock came in. Helpful and knowledgeable.

The experience of ordering my PS5 through Gobsmack Comics has been brilliant. I missed out on the first round of pre-orders, but Drew kept me in the loop and I was able to get one very quickly after the 19th of Nov.Excellent service by Gobsmack Comics, highly recommended.

When all seemed lost with searching for a ps5 drew and the team nailed it

Great covid secure click and collect purchase. Would not have got my hands on a ps5 if it wasn't for them. Kept me informed during the whole pre order and purchase. Great customer service.
