I bought a toothbrush for my son and the battery didn't last long. I emailed Goby about the issue in February since it was under warranty and they said they would send a new one out, had an order confirmation, great. The toothbrush never arrived. I contacted them through email again in April they said there was a supply chain delay and I would get it as soon as possible. It still never arrived, so I emailed them again and they replied something about having supply issues and I never received anything for months. I reviewed them on a different platform before my last contact with them and all of a sudden they were having issues within the company and could no longer respond to emails. Scam company, I can't believe they're still advertising.

I have used Goby toothbrush for 3-4 years and was receiving replacement heads fine until the first of 2024- I also ordered a NEW toothbrush in March and paid $100 but never received and can't get a response from the company after sending several emails. Guess I was screwed out of that $100- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service
I purchased this toothbrush, it broke and Goby said they would send a replacement under their warranty...that was almost 3 months ago. I contacted customer service to which they said they were having supply issues, which I understand, but then they're advertising the same toothbrush for sale as of right now. As soon as I replied on their FB page stating the issue, all of a sudden they couldn't answer my email stating it was due to operational challenges. I would save your money and purchase a different toothbrush, they obviously do not care about their customers.

Finally cancelling after YEARS of unfulfilled brush head refills. I have a three month subscription refill, they have charged me and havenât sent at least 8 orders. They have alleged manufacturing delays and donât openly communicate with customers. This company has poor customer service, they will lie to you and offer credit but will never offer to replace an order not sent. All this credit sitting in my account but when confronted about missing orders, they made it clear they donât want me as a customer and told me they would cancel my subscription if Iâm not happy. All I wanted was brush head refills, but theyâre not willing to fulfill customers orders. If youâre a customer reading this, I recommend cancelling your subscription and switching to a reputable brand. There website reviews are fake. This company will keep selling subscriptions with no plans to actually fulfill orders. Iâve had too much money stolen from me by Goby to believe the lies they tell me anymore. Donât buy goby!!!!!
Finally cancelled subscription due to delays
Update: Finally cancelled my subscription as the fulfillment delays continued. I was billed for two subscription orders in 4 months and nothing was delivered, so I reached out to customer support to ask when they could deliver these. They couldn't commit to sending both purchases in the next 30 days, citing "the same widespread supply chain delay", so they refunded me for the unfulfilled orders.
I hope they are able to figure out their brush head issue.
Poor service, quality is ok at best
I first ordered my toothbrush in 2021, customer service was great, anytime I ordered replacement toothbrush heads they shipped right away. After only 2 years, my toothbrush stopped working for no reason. It was covered under the warranty but took them 2 months to ship, and the two times I've ordered replacement heads it's taken months to receive them. The company obviously changed their customer service and it's now pretty bad. I love the way the toothbrush looks, but other than that, I wouldn't recommend Goby.
FAILURE TO HONOR WARRANTY
FAILURE TO HONOR WARRANTY. On January 4, 2024, I contacted Goby about my toothbrush handleâs having lost its ability to hold a charge. Goby responded saying that âweâll utilize our warranty to send a new brush handle.â Following that, I emailed Goby four times requesting a follow-through on the replacement, but each resulted merely in a seemingly automated response about heavy email volumes and alleged shipping delays. On February 26, I let Goby know that I would submit a complaint to the BBB if I didnât hear back from them with details on the replacement. I did not hear back from them, so I submitted the complaint. Two days later, I received another canned response from Goby alleging ongoing shipping delays. It appears that Goby uses that excuse frequently to explain their inability to provide warrantied replacement items (even though there seem to be no such delays with shipping out the exact same items if purchased new). I have since requested a refund on the purchase price of the toothbrush, but Goby has rejected the request. Given my experience with Goby and their flippant responses to my inquiries, given the numerous BBB complaints against them for failing to honor their warranty, given the numerous online reviews here and elsewhere noting Goby's poor customer service, and given their refusal to provide a refund, I myself have no desire to use Goby products ever again. It is surprising to me that a company that specializes in only one product and that speaks so proudly of their warranty for that product could be so dismissive of customers when that product fails.
No refills/ ghosted by customer service
I like the toothbrush but I have been charged 3 times in a row for the subscription refills and haven't received anything since September. No response to my emails, no mass email from them saying "Sorry, we're a bit backlogged," nothing. If you go to the website it looks like they're still taking orders and advertising the subscription service like nothing is wrong which really borders on fraud. Same thing happened last year and they refunded me for one of the late shipments, but no response at all this time around. I'm ready to just get a new one from somewhere else and hope one day they refund me.
Toothbrush is fine, company is not
Toothbrush is fine, but the company is horrible. Being charged for replacement heads and never received them. Brush broke after a year, and despite calling and emailing monthly about the lifetime warranty, I have never gotten a replacements. Don't buy from this company.
Rip off!
Truthfully, the toothbrush is great. The problem is the service. I was charged for 3 months for the replacement heads and never received them. Had I not been paying attention it would probably still be happening. I contacted the company and they said it would be sent out and they were âsorryâ. Months later still have not received them. Contacted them again with no reply. Total rip off. I would NOT recommend!!

SCAMMMMM!!! I was given this brush by my orthodontist in ARKANSAS and have not been able to replace the heads. I finally went ahead and google the company after not being able to find my original box it came in. I ordered 2 new heads 09/25/2023. Itâs now 12/04/2023 and I still donât have them. I reached out and they told me it was because I needed to update my address via a link they sent me but my order still says something about it waiting to be shipped. I asked for a refund through my Chase account for this PayPal payment.

My children were given goby toothbrushes by their orthodontist. I ordered replacement heads on October 20, 2023, and paid for two-day shipping. Huge mistake. I never received the brush heads. I contacted them by email and even found a phone number. I have emails, left messages, and left negative reviews and I still have not heard the first word back from Goby. I even responded to their email requesting feedback on my recent order but that didn't even get their attention. They will take your order and take your money, but in my experience they will not send you your order. My order still shows "in progress" 40 days later. I contacted PayPal and they refunded my money. When it comes to Goby, I recommend you stay away.

Service response is horrible, I have ordered replacement brush heads 4 seperate times starting on August 17th, 2023 and still no brush heads. All 4 orders are still "in process". Goby sent me a message saying that they were ready to ship a month ago but they are still in process.
Used to be good, but something changed
Iâve been using my Goby toothbrush since 2021 and everything used to be great. Replacement brush heads were ordered and processed in a timely manner and I never had issues. But suddenly in early 2023, something changed. Goby went silent on social media for months, orders went unfilled, and expected ship dates kept being pushed with no explanation. Iâve requested that they send communication to customers about order delays, but the requests go unanswered. I also reported an issue where orders are being processed BEFORE the deadline to skip or cancel, which they also have not fixed. I donât know whatâs going on, but as of November 2023, I no longer recommend Goby and do not consider them a reputable company. They used to be great and I hope they can get things figured out soon, but I wonât hold my breath. Iâve officially cancelled my subscriptions with them.

Terrible customer service
Getting my initial toothbrush was amazing a year ago, and even when the battery died it was great to replace. However, ever since spring 2023 anytime I tried to get bristles or get a new replacement brush. It is bit a complete nightmare of over 6 months of emails with no response whatsoever. I completely give up on this brand.
