Brilliant Customer Service Yash
I felt that Yash amazing customer skills. He showed really good empathy and congratulated me on how far I've come with my payments and how I was nearly done. It's nice to speak to someone like this especially being bounded by a contract for so long. Yash showed that I wasn't just a customer of yours but I left that call feeling accomplished. Great company I have been with them for 4 years I will miss them it’s a shame they are not doing anymore lending they were really good also if you needed to know if your battery needs replacing they can tell you the percentage the on road plan is a must have they are amazing

I rang yesterday and the lady was helpfully today i rang and Aaron took the time to look at the account properly and find there is a refund needed spoke very clear and slow AAA+ Needs a pay rise there is not many people at call centers like him
