I have been using Cinch for over five years to handle purchasing and procurement for more than 40 properties that we own and manage. It has become an essential tool in our day-to-day operations.

One of the biggest advantages of Cinch is the ability to purchase from multiple vendors in one place, along with having the correct SKUs or direct links for requested items. The price comparison feature makes it easy to evaluate options across vendors, and the ability for vendors to bid on orders helps ensure we’re consistently getting competitive pricing. These features save a significant amount of time and reduce errors in ordering, especially when managing supplies at scale.

What really stands out is how consistently Cinch has improved the platform over the years. The site, its capabilities, and overall features have evolved tremendously since I first started using it—it’s truly night and day compared to earlier versions. The ongoing improvements show that the team listens to users and invests in making the software better.

Overall, Cinch has made our procurement process more efficient, organized, and cost-effective. I would highly recommend it to anyone managing purchasing for multiple properties or locations.
