Appalling customer service and completely unprofessional accusations
My experience with this Godiva AU has been shocking from start to finish. When my order arrived missing items, customer support, Alexandra flat-out refused to issue a refund or replacement. To make matters worse, this representative actually had the audacity to insinuate that my family or household members secretly stole or ate the missing item. Her words are "They might have enjoyed it before you got to it"
Deflecting responsibility by making passive-aggressive, disrespectful assumptions about a customer's household is completely unacceptable. Taking money for goods, failing to deliver them, and then insulting the customer to dodge a refund is a terrible way to run a business. Stay far away.

Placed an order for some overpriced chocolate for a birthday present. The delivery bounced back, despite people being home at time of delivery. The company didn't advise that the delivery bounced back and then wouldn't allow me to pick up instead. Finally, they refused to pay any refund despite not delivering anything. Avoid this company.

I bought and paid for this before easter to be delivered by Easter. I live in London and it was a gift for my daughter, I received an email from you today saying it would be sent today 7th April!
I paid $15.00 for a courier service only to find you have sent it with aus post.Your website said it would delivered the next day. Never again.
