We checked our system and see that you ordered the premium faux leather option, not the top-grain leather. We understand that this may not have been what you expected, and we’re sorry for any confusion.

Regarding the gift box and bookmark, we noticed that those options were not selected during your order. As a reminder, all our items are made-to-order, and we do provide a shipping timeframe on our website.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will absolutely take responsibility, even if it has been opened. However, if the item was sent correctly as ordered and in good condition, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.😢

We value your concerns and want to ensure a positive experience for all our customers. If you have further questions, please reach out directly, and we’ll do our best to help.
