Bought 3 tops in the space of a week

Customer service were brilliant too and helped me out after I made a mistake ordering

I was sent the wrong size and I asked to exchange the tee shirt for the correct size and was told that I ordered the size that I received and they would only exchange it if I paid for the shipping both ways. So I asked for a refund and was told that all sales are final. I expected a business that claims to be about redemption to be more customer friendly

I had asked to return my T-shirt and told I could not and they would offer an exchange … after 10 days of me trying to contact them they refused to send my T-shirt back and have stopped communicating with me. Terrible company (DO NOT BUY)

Absolutely unacceptable experience with God Made Clothing. I was notified the day before delivery that my order was out of stock. Shortly after, I was told this was a “miscommunication” and that my items were on the way. Later the same day, I received yet another email stating the items were actually out of stock after all.

This back-and-forth was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. For a brand that presents itself as “luxury,” the lack of basic stock control and honest communication is embarrassing. After two full weeks, I was finally informed that the items were never in stock and that I would be refunded.

To make matters worse, the company claims responses within 48 hours, yet it took four days to hear back. Every step of this process showed poor organization and zero accountability.

Avoid buying from this brand. If you value your time, money, or clear communication, look elsewhere. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and reliability.

Horrible company will never use them again I placed an order after Christmas took forever to come finally came and didn’t fit. I reached out to them on how to do an exchange as they don’t offer refunds. They took a long time to get back to me. I went to the post office the next day to send the item back I paid £14 for special delivery as they don’t offer free returns. Royal Mail made an attempt to delivery the parcel on the 12/01/26 and it says they was nobody in what kinds of shady business is that why give me an address if nobody is there . I reached out to them immediately and no response I’ve then had to redeliver the item via the Royal Mail website hopefully there is someone there this times still waiting for a response for this awful company . You’re better off going outside and throwing your money in the air than spending it with this company. Awful service will never shop with them again.

3 weeks since order no update

Placed 2 different orders, first order was the complete wrong item. Tried contacting them they were no help.

Second order hasn’t arrived yet, order was placed 3 weeks ago.

Do not order from this company, they only have a email address to contact them and they rarely reply. Ordered 6 items only 2 came and now I am having to dispute the payment with my credit card provider.

I strongly recommend avoiding purchasing anything from Godmade unless you’re prepared to risk giving money away with nothing in return.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and, as of now, I still haven’t received it. I haven’t received any updates since the day I made the purchase. I’ve sent multiple emails to follow up, but I haven’t received a single response—customer service appears to be non-existent.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed and wanted to share my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation.

I love this brand, especially the new women’s line! Such a cute and cosy fit. So many compliments too! ✨

The quality is incredible, the fit is perfect, and you can feel the thought that went into every detail!!!! they were so quick to respond, super helpful, and made the whole experience feel personal. My order came fast, packaging was chef’s kiss, and it honestly felt like I was unboxing a gift made just for me, i love how the clothes can be worn unisex. 10/10 recommend, I already know I’ll be buying again

Worn Godmade for a long time, quality continues to get better and it was great to start with. Looks even bette run person and the fit is always spot on. Great brand and even better what it stands for. Would recommend.

Ordered on 19th received on the 27th so shipping wasn’t the greatest but as for the hoodie and pants they fit perfectly and are perfect for winter coming up. Most definitely will be returning but hope they slightly speed up their delivery :)
