They do not do it the right way
They do not do it the right way! Don’t believe the commercials. Goettl has to have the worst customer service in the industry and I have a maintenance plan. When you call them to leave a message, no one calls you back. When you send emails, no one responds. They install wrong parts then have to find the right parts, and still you can’t get updated with when your problems with your HVAC will be completed. Supervisors don’t respond to your concerns, and their tech teams are the worst I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I have been battling with getting fixed “the right way” ever since I signed up with their maintenance plan. They don't even deserve 1 star, but you have to choose at least 1 star to post a review.
