Getting a crypto setup in Dubai is a huge headache right now. The VARA rules are just brutal. We hired Gofaizen & Sherle to handle our application and compliance stuff, and they definitely know the Middle East market well.
Most of the process was smooth. The only downside was that I sometimes had to wait a day or two for a reply during their busy periods. It’s not a cheap service, but you really pay for the local expertise here. We are finally in the last stages of approval. Good job overall.

We used them for a Montenegro crypto license last year. Right in the middle of our application, the local regulations suddenly changed. It was a really frustrating moment, but their legal team reacted fast and completely updated our paperwork to fit the new rules. Their technical knowledge is definitely top-notch.

I just wish their communication was a bit less formal. At one point, I even had to chase them to get a quick status update. But they delivered the license in the end, which is the main thing that matters.

Hello, I would like to leave review about working with GofaizenSherle team. I like how thing are structured, chat in WhatsApp, prompt calls if needed, no extra charges were added, since everything is included in the service agreement. The doubtful think is that we could not make a bank account in HSBC since start, but EMI is ok for know. Was worrying about rejection from government, but fortunately got the license from 1st attempt.

Consulted with them regarding a company setup in the UAE. They provided all the necessary info, but the tone was very formal and a bit dry. I had to follow up several times to get specific details on tax residency nuances that weren't in the initial brief. The company was registered successfully, but I didn't really feel that "boutique" personal touch. Good quality, just very transactional.

Good and fast provider. Would recommend to anyone.

Did our crypto registration in Europe through them. Started looking at Estonia but ended up going with Lithuania. Small mix-up with fees at the beginning but they sorted it quick. Tons of compliance paperwork, really glad I didn't have to do that myself. Not the cheapest firm around but everything got done right.

Needed a gambling license on a budget. They suggested Anjouan, never heard of it before honestly. Lots of paperwork and notarizations, felt like it would never end. But about 4 months later we had everything sorted. Works fine for what we need. Not the fanciest jurisdiction but the price was right.

Was pretty much smooth process with step by step instructions, would not say that it was easy, but we made it and at least we are sure that we will not have problems out of nowhere. Would say that cheaper than classical Swiss lawyers, but definitely not worse. Actually good that everything is under one roof, including maintenance, accounting and layers (we took care about IT with our internal team). Was also pleasant to visit one of the offices, thanks for the warm welcome.

We're based in Cyprus, needed an offshore forex license. Went with St. Lucia on their advice. They gave us a clear checklist from the start and actually stuck to it. No surprise requests or extra fees popping up later. About 3 months from start to finish. Smooth process, no complaints.

Dubai crypto license took longer than we planned. Thought it would be 3 months, ended up being 5. Had to redo some documents after VARA came back with comments. Team helped sort it out. One thing though - don't expect replies on weekends, Dubai schedule is different. Got the license in the end, operating now. Not the cheapest route but it's done.

Never underestimate US regulators, I repeat NEVER. Wanted to start exchange in USA, since one of the most popular markets atm. I wanted to open a bank account for that and saw that GS could help with that, during our consultation (free) they said that actually my activities fall under MSB license and would get into serious problems to not to have a license. 3 weeks, not much requirements, sounds like a deal. Got a company and about to expand to NY as well. Sometimes good luck can save you a project.

Good service, clear roadmap, quick communication. Satisfied wtih promt work, been looking for shelf company solution, got Canadian company with already acquired license in like 2-3 weeks. Setting up the flows now, but good to go.
