Very easy to use and singing up was simple

So easy to use and understand. Very impressed.

So far so good seems to be easy to use .

Whilst I had some trepetation before submitting my first VAT Return using 1 Click, in reality it could not have been easier. I thoroughly recommend 1 Click Accounts because it is so simple and easy to use. I am very impressed!

This system was a lot easier to use than I expected it to be! Queries are answered promptly and they always give the answer in a way that I can understand. I'm not great with technology, so I was really concerned about the MTD scheme. And I did ask a lot of questions! But they sorted everything out without any problem.

ITS SO SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD TO SUBMIT VAT RETURNS AND THE PRICE IS UNBELIEVABLY LOW. THANKS

We found the complete procedure very easy and had no problems with sending our VAT Record back we have used an old copy of Sage for many years, so have always had our returns done by this system however we have now purchased Quick Books, and we will be sending these returns to you as soon as our girl has completed the change over,

I have recently used 1 Click Accounts to help me file my VAT under the new MTD rules. I have found the service they offer to be easy to use and very good value for money. Recommended

But this is the second time i have used '1CLICK' and it proved to be PERFECT.. last quarter on my review i gave only 4 stars, just because that was my first time even though it worked perfect, this quarter i used '1 CLICK' again and am so impressed that this must now be a 5 STAR RATING with a big plus.... so easy and simple to use even for an old man stuck in his ways like me. Having been concerned about MTD, the process through 1 Click Accounts was so straightforward and easy to follow. Can't thank you enough.

Perfect for my requirements - one of my employers has a very old version of sage - Melanie was very helpful even before I'd signed up. Created a csv file - tested effectiveness before paying. Like a dream - all the links worked as they should. My second employer compiles the VAT return using an excel workbook. Used 1Click's template as an extra sheet in the workbook, saved that one sheet as a csv file, tested. All ok - I had one problem - my second employer has only an XP platform available to him, and, as he's about to retire, this could not be updated. I saved on a memory stick and used a newer computer to submit. One very happy book-keeper.

Excellent service I found , particularly response to problem solving via e-mails .

The software works perfectly!. But I would dearly like someone to explain to me why what I was doing for free (logging my VAT on HMRC's website) is now costing me £20 per year (and I dare say that will increase over time) because I now have to save my Excel spreasdsheet as a CSV file, import it into 1Click Accounts and then 1Click Accounts logs it with HMRC. It's an unneccessary step as far as I can see. If the software integrated within Excel, that would be a different story, but it doesn't.

I wanted a basic bridging software for my very old accounts package as I didn't require a fancy new accounts system. Enter 1 Click Accounts and the wonderful Melissa! They let you try the software before committing to it, and mine didn't quite work. Within a few minutes of emailing my query, Melissa replied, did some techy thing and told me to try again, it still didn't work completely but was very close, she came back to me with another modification tailormade for my old Dosh software and it works perfectly. June qtr sent without a hitch. I cannot praise them enough, as a very small business, I was concerned about the costs MTD would cause, but 1 Click Accounts meets my needs and is very reasonable.
