I really like GoFlow and genuinely enjoy using the platform, but I have to be honest about the customer support experience. It’s been frustrating. I don’t understand why or how it’s so difficult to get timely help. There doesn’t seem to be any way to reach someone by phone, which makes things even harder when you just need a quick answer. On top of that, responses to even basic questions can take hours, sometimes longer. For a product that works well otherwise, this part of the experience is really disappointing. I’d be more than happy to update this review if they introduce a direct customer support number or improve response times.

Great software to use for getting started with Target

GoFlow is a must-have platform for eCommerce sellers. Their inventory management system is the best on the market—simple, intuitive, and incredibly user-friendly. Plus, their customer service is outstanding!

We use GoFlow for our Marketplace orders and have been for a couple years now. The overall site is easy to work around and I personally love the fact that there are tabs that open at the bottom so I don't lose my spot flipping through pages.

Easy to use & updated inventory. Fast respond when you have problem.

We have used GoFlow to integrate their API in a custom built tool for our client using which he can pull the prices and inventory of the thousands of products in one single dashboard and can run various calculations like profit margin calculations which is not possible to be done manually. GoFlow has exposed their APIs for this and we are using them actively to give the client a seemless product.

We chose Goflow to connect to Target. Goflow's portal is easy to use, and updates are published to Target quickly, which is very important to us, especially when it pertains to updating inventory and adding new products. We are currently looking at options to automate our inventory feed directly to Goflow; this is our only setback at this time.

I would definitely recommend giving Goflow a try.

Goflow simplifies my work immensely. Thanks to this, I don't have to switch from one platform to another for listing. Meanwhile, the cases were always solved on time. However, Goflow still can't list a product with multiple packages, looking forward to update this function.
