Asked me to provide extra information in an email and i did. And they didnât read those emails and attempted for a second time to delivery my mail PAST 6:00pm which is the shut off time and just AUTOMATICALLY returns it to sender. Which is the dumbest thing ever.

Ievery single time time they deliver they throw my packages in the yard most recently I had an order stolen and TT refuses to refund me . I have contacted gofo so many times through email and I've also called them and they keep telling me the same thing they took three pictures it was delivered after the delivery it's not their responsibility what happens to the package it is the responsibility whenever it is mishandled it's not my fault they threw it over the gate and what happened to it after that I wasn't home so I wasn't here to get the package if it's left in my front yard then I'm not responsible for what happens to it. Nobody wants to take responsibility to what happens to something it was over $100 order so now I'm out a hundred bucks and I can't even get a refund on it I can't get the company to take responsibility for their drivers and this happens all the time. I even put a note on my gate that says please do not throw packages over the gate and I will be damned if the same day the driver didn't read the the sign and still throw the package over the gate. I have so many screenshots for my cameras of them throwing packages over the gates and they chuck them.. just got a package delivered 9:01 tossed over the gate.
GOFO is Probably Not as Bad as the Reviews Make it Out to Be

I'm not going to claim they are a good delivery service, especially with only a sample size of 1 delivery, but I think they are better than the reviews make them out to be. People who don't receive their package are far more likely to be vocal about it and leave a 1 or 2 star review.
The other alternatives to shipping have just as bad reviews on this website, so I wouldn't let these reviews make you uneasy. Optional reviews are far from the most accurate evaluation method.

This has been the worst delivery experience in my life.
My order (PO-211-20347753129590092) was supposed to be delivered by April 4th to Rock Hill, South Carolina. Not only was it delayed, but TWICE it was not delivered at all.
I personally called the company two times and confirmed my address, yet their courier still claimed they couldnât find it â even though it is clearly and accurately shown on Google Maps.
Because of their incompetence and lack of responsibility, my order was returned back to the seller BOTH times.
This is completely unacceptable. I relied on this delivery, and the company failed me twice without making any real effort to fix the issue.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to save their time, money, and nerves.
I am extremely disappointed and angry about this experience.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with GoFo Express. My package has been in their possession since the 7th, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still have not received it.
During the first delivery attempt, the driver went to the wrong address. He contacted me, and I confirmed he was at the incorrect location and asked him to call me once he arrived at the correct address. Instead, he marked the package as âundeliverable,â claiming he could not access the location, which was completely inaccurate.
I contacted customer service and explained that if access to the gate was an issue, I would be available to let the driver in if they simply contacted me. I was told to wait 72 hours for another attempt. After waiting, there was still no delivery, and the tracking continued to show âin transitâ with no updates.
After calling again and requesting that the driver contact me directly, I was assured that a note would be added. Immediately following that conversation, my package was once again marked as âundeliverableâ without any attempt to contact me.
At that point, I requested to pick up the package myself, only to be told it was being returned to the sender. When I contacted the sender, they directed me back to GoFo Express. Upon calling again, I was told I would need to wait yet another 72 hours. After escalating and requesting a supervisor, I was told delivery might occur within another 48â72 hours.
This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. There appears to be a complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic delivery competence. Drivers are not following instructions, and customer service has been unable to provide any real resolution.
Based on my experience, I understand why this company has such poor reviews. I would strongly caution others when relying on this service.

Niemand thuis. Vervolgens bellen ze of ze het pakje in de tuin mogen achterlaten. Nee, want midden in het centrum van Maastricht. Vervolgens geven ze door dat het pakketje toch op het adres afgeleverd. En het pakketje is onvindbaar.

Pakket staat als bezorgt maar hebben niks ontvangen dachten we omdat er niet aangebelt of geklopt werd ofzo, later zie ik de fotos via temu dat het gewoon bij de voordeur ligt , dus we kijken en inderdaad pakket ligt bij de voordeur , dus pakket ontvangen maar hadden het fijner gevonden als er was aangebelt of geklopt.

Pessimi, come gia detto da altri, il corriere ha lasciato il pacco ad un indirizzo diverso dal mio, facendo foto del numero civico che non era assolutamente il mio perchÚ di una via diversa, senza nemmeno infatti mettere foto del citofono o cassetta postale.
Non solo: ha lasciato il pacco a una persona che abitava di fronte a quell'indirizzo senza nemmeno chiederle il nome, che quindi poteva benissimo rubare il mio pacco.
Ho dovuto recarmi personalmente a cercare il mio pacco, che con fatica ho recuperato, ma in caso contrario sarei andata a fare denuncia alle forze dell'ordine per furto e appropriazione indebita.
Non so perchÚ temu si affidi a questo fatiscente corriere anziché alle poste dove mai c'Ú stato un problema. Da evitare assolutamente.

Mijn pakket werd als âafgeleverdâ gemarkeerd, terwijl ik het nooit heb ontvangen. Volgens hen zou het âin de buurtâ zijn achtergelaten, maar waar precies konden ze niet aangeven. De bezorgfoto die ze als bewijs gebruikten, toont niet aan dat het daadwerkelijk bij mijn adres is geleverd.
Wat het nog erger maakt: ze verwachten dat je zelf met bewijs komt (zoals camerabeelden) om aan te tonen dat je iets nÃet hebt ontvangen. Dat is natuurlijk compleet onredelijk.
Er werd geen serieus onderzoek gedaan en mijn klacht werd simpelweg afgewezen. Uiteindelijk moest de verkoper het oplossen en heb ik via hen mijn geld teruggekregen.
Conclusie: slechte service, geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en problemen worden bij de klant neergelegd. Ik zou deze bezorgdienst absoluut niet aanraden.

I get deliveries every other day. amazon, fedex, uhl, usps, ups, speedex ... you name it. for some reason gofo finds my address undeliverable. packages keep ketting sent back. no call. no sticker. i suspect they will be out of business soon. shippers out there ... please stop using.
