Very friendly. I'm still new to raw feeding but they seem good value for money. Did an extra delivery for me when what I wanted wasn't in stock in time for Thursday delivery.

Brilliant quality and well packaged, friendly helpful service and on more of a personal level than your big company's. They go out of their way to deliver a time that suits you if your not home and give a short time period of when the delivery is due. Very happy pups and owners

As someone new to Raw feeding I didn’t know where to start. Aleks was really helpful and took the time to talk to me about the different products and advise what to buy.She then went out of the way to deliver to me the next day. It’s free delivery if you live within 10 miles of the shop. I received the best customer service and my pup absolutely loves this food! Win win! Will deffo be placing another order soon, thank you! Highly recommend!
