It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and Derek and sending two self-confessed Motorhome novices off for 12 nights in Ronnie 🎭

From the laughs during your handover to seeing you both come back absolutely buzzing from your adventure, you were both genuinely such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish 😁

We're delighted Ronnie 🎭 proved so comfortable and had everything you needed onboard — including the games for those moments when the Scottish weather wasn't quite playing ball 🌧️🤣

We're glad our WhatsApp support passed the test too 📱

Although we'll probably never forget the mystery of the gas hob being solved by... opening the gas bottle! 🔥🤣

In fairness, you did warn us you were “campervan virgins” at the time! 😂

There's a lot to remember on your first adventure and that's exactly why we're always only a message away 🙌

You certainly figured the rest out though — over 1000 miles around Scotland is some adventure for your first time away! 🚐🗺️

Best of all, you told us when you got home that you'll definitely be back to take Ronnie 🎭 out again, so we're absolutely holding you to that! 🔐

It was an absolute pleasure finally meeting you and Warren after you'd spent so long watching all our TikTok nonsense beforehand 🤣

We're not entirely sure we're ready to accept “celebrities” as a description just yet, but we're delighted the real-life versions lived up to expectations 🎬😂

More importantly, we're so glad you both had such a brilliant adventure in Peppa 🧸 and that the extra step helped make getting in and out that wee bit easier for you 🙌

We always try to have everything covered before our Customers head away, but it's often the wee things that can make the biggest difference 💙

And thank you for mentioning the help while you were away too 📱

There's a lot to remember from a handover, so whether something is Peppa's fault or possibly user error... we'd always rather you gave us a shout and let us help! 🙌

Over 800 miles around Scotland certainly suggests you didn't let the wee scare with Peppa 🧸 slow you down for long either! 🚐🗺️

Our favourite part is knowing you're already thinking about where to go next — and from your message afterwards, it sounds like Ronnie 🎭 might already have his name in the hat for Adventure #2! 😏

We genuinely don't quite know where to start with this one — you've pretty much written an advert for us better than we ever could! 🤣

It was an absolute pleasure meeting you all and sending the family off on your very first Motorhome adventure in Barney 🦖

Knowing you'd done your homework beforehand makes your comments about our straightforward pricing, showing the actual Motorhome you're booking and everything we include onboard mean a huge amount to us 💙

We want Customers to know exactly what they're getting before they arrive — no generic Motorhome photos, surprise extras or trying to squeeze half the house into the car before you leave! 😂

And you certainly put Barney 🦖 through his paces with over 1,100 miles around Wales and England! 🚐🗺️

We loved hearing how much you embraced the freedom of waking up somewhere different and simply deciding where to head next — that's exactly what a Motorhome adventure should be 🙌

Thank you for mentioning the wee things too, including us standing waving you off in the rain! 🌧️🤣 To us that's just part of what we do, so hearing that something so simple genuinely meant something to you is really lovely 🥰

Even the wee blind issue and the unfortunate demise of one of our kitchen knives didn't manage to spoil the adventure! 🔪😂

More than anything, knowing your first Motorhome holiday turned into a week of family memories you'll treasure for years is exactly why we love doing this 💙

We put a lot of thought into the little things onboard our Campervans and Motorhomes, so we LOVE that the salt, pepper and teabags even earned themselves a mention! 🧂☕🤣

We want everyone heading off to feel comfortable with their adventure buddy and know exactly what to expect before leaving the yard 🙌

We're delighted Bonnie 🫶 gave you everything you needed to make yourselves at home wherever you stopped, and that you found the whole process straightforward from booking through to handover and getting out on the road 🙌

We've always believed hiring a Motorhome should be as simple as possible, without discovering a shopping list of extra charges once you've decided to book! 😂

The bathroom door handle has now been suitably James-proofed 😂 and Ronnie's beds have had a little comfort upgrade too! 🛏️😁
