Great. Good price, responded quickly to emails and sorted out minor issues, got product quickly too.
Second time I have used and would recomend.

I was a bit worried with the old reviews...

However, my experience was excellent, Jason responded to query emails within a couple of hours and the software code was delivered quickly (codes sent Mon-Fri only)

YOU KNOW WHEN YOU GET THAT FEELING IT'S A SCAM? WELL, THAT'S THE WAY I FELT AFTER READING THEIR AD. I RESEARCHED IT A LITTLE FURTHER, IT'S DEFINITELY A SCAM. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR. IF YOU GOT THIS FAR LOOKING INTO THIS, TAKE THE HINT, "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM"....

Having waited for over 2 weeks for an order, told conflicting information over the past few days, being shouted at by a member of the customer service team. I was asked to contact the courier however the courier had no details of the consignment and vendor refusing to process refund. This company has no idea of what a good service looks like let alone a basic level of service.

My worst ever experience

After purchasing a Samsung 32” TV on the 28th oct 2018

Here’s what I encountered:

28th oct 2018, Order completed (£197.99 via Bank Transfer)

Fri 2nd Nov, Estimated delivery date via
UPS

5th November, Delivered via UPS

Tv received but had faulty LCD screen
Returned tv as requested at my own cost via UPS (was promised the shipping would be refunded)

08th November, Go Digital Confirmed receipt of TV and replied “passed to warehouse to process replacement”

19th Nov, after numerous emails and pointless telephone calls, I sent a formal complaint to which I got a response. I was told “You'll be receiving your refund within 3 - 5 working days”

21st November, I received an email, “Refund cheque posted today”
I Received a check which did not include the shipping fees which I was promised (£17.30)

22nd November, I received an email “we will be processing your refund for the shipping costs”

22nd November, I received an email “please confirm your shipping costs” (I also attached invoice)

02nd December, I sent an email to Go Digital as the check did not clear in my account.

05th December, I received an email “please provide bank details to customer service on 01202879077 or email to enable them to refund via faster payment method”.

05th December, received email “the check payment was stopped as this item is to be delivered as it was an exchange. We will book in your replacement TV to be delivered next week” (30 days too late)

05th December, I received a letter from my bank confirming that the check had bounced (refer to drawer) due to insufficient funds in the company account.

06th December, after speaking to the citizens advice bureau for legal advice, it was confirmed they are in breach of there contract. Another formal letter was sent making them aware of my intentions.

07th December, received an email “Sorry for any inconvenience caused and any delay. We will process your refund as soon as possible.
This will take 3-5 working days

07th December, received an email “The refund has been passed to a member of management and will be processed and put into your bank account within 3-5 working days

10th December, received an email” Hello, a note has just been added to your order:
“Dear Sir
please provide your bank details so we may arrange a return”.

17th December, 7 days had passed, No email or refund.

17th December, I sent a final request for refund “I have now sought legal advice and also raised the issue with the Consumer Ombudsman. If I do not receive payment of the amount outstanding, a total of £215.29 by 4pm on 21/12/2018, I will be issuing small claims proceedings and seeking judgment against you.

18th December, received email “Hello, a note has just been added to your order:
Refund cheque posted today
cheque number 102677
18/12/2018

21st December, received check for full amount.
28th December, Check cleared in my account

A total of 2 months I have waited.

After careful review by the bank & the citizens advice this would appear to be a scam. In the hope that the buyer gets so exhausted with emails and poor communication, not forgetting the bounced checks, this can and has resulted in defeat for many. After reading many of the bad reviews, it does appear to have happened to a large number of innocent buyers who have suffered the stress and anxiety like I have, but have not received their money back some of which have probably not left feedback on here. My advice would be to stay away, you’ve been warned!

Buy your electrical products from a reputable company. Pay the extra cash and save the massive headache.

Stay away from this company, very bad service and completely untrustworthy. Ordered a new Samsung 75 inch QLED TV on Black Friday, the TV does not work, have had to chase them several times to try to get the issue resolved. Apparently issue is down to the 'One Connect' box. They are making it very difficult to resolve, and just spoke to "he alleged" Sales Director 'Matthew'. This man does not know how to speak to customers, am shocked that he is allowed to, was extremely rude, refused to listen to a customer. Not really sure where to go as he also hung up on the phone to me. Thanks Shilan Raja

I edited my original review because, I forgot, as well as STEALING my money!! They 'BOAST' in their returns policy of refunding postage!! Allegedly, 9.99GBP for a laptop, my post ACTUALLY cost 13.14GBP!! But THIS JOKE of a company can't even be arsed to honour their OWN policies!!! JERKS!!! You CAN'T THAT on WorldPay??!!??

Purchased a tv, however after 3 excuses on delivery date decided it best to purchase elsewhere. Cancelled order to be informed refund was in process and then sent supposed world pay notice of refund. Following a lengthy process of contacting go digital, my bank and worldpay became seriously concerned regarding refund. Contacted go digital yesterday to be now told they are in dispute with worldpay. Worldpay have the money and are withholding it. I was advised not to ring worldpay for they won't help or advise. I replied I will ring who I like and will take the matter down legal route if needs be.Not happy and not letting go

My ex-partner bought a laptop on my recommendation from Go Digital. After they did not meet the delivery deadline she cancelled the transaction before even receiving it. After toing and froing she managed to register for a refund but the problems did not stop there...She then received an email stating that the Company is "in dispute" with WorldPay - the company GoDigital uses to process payments and that as a result they were unable to provide a refund and that she had to contact her bank and take the matter up with WorldPay.
This is absolutely outrageous. Never again would we use this Company and she has yet to receive her refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR WILL HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.

I bought a ASUS GL552v laptop and It has had issues with turning on and screen in just over a year.

I ordered a laptop from gogodigital last year and have a cpl of problems is there anyone u contact about this since the company has closed??

NO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am a student nurse so as you can imagine money is tight. I bought a netbook from them and from the day I received it I had nothing but trouble. In one year the netbook was returned 5 times. One of the times they had the netbook for 6 months. After them having it for six months it was returned to me broken and now go go digital are refusing any kind or refund or replacement. Despite the fact I have been without a netbook prob 8 months of owning it due to being sold faulty goods. It has caused me nothing but undue stress.

Firstly my netbook was not received back seven months ago in working order. I received it two months ago after you returned it with a cracked screen. I have photographic evidence of this and will be using it to get what by law I am owed and secondly it was your transport provider that returned the net book back to me damaged and then returned it back to you in even worse state. Why should I have to claim on my insurance and have my rates go higher because you can't use a trustworthy, reliable transport provider and lastly I would like to say I have never had to deal with such incompetence. In the 18 months I had the netbook i had It working for about 3 months. How is that fair or good customer service. I will not be letting this matter rest as I will not be bullied out of money I am lawfully owed.

The service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Even from when i put my offer in they replied very quickly. The laptop was beyond expectations, it was like brand new. It came fully sealed in a substantial box. The delivery was superb as well. Cannot complain about anything so thank you GoGoDigital i will definitely use you again and will recommend you as well.

Very good product - cheaper than most of High Street computer shops. Really recommend the company to anyone.

Delivered when was advised and there have been no issues with the product - my Nephew is over the moon!

As the title says, ordered a Lenovo laptop with touchscreen from this company, it was delivered quickly, no issues with company or machine, would recommend them.

Well packaged and well presented, product was exactly as described. 10/10.

Interested in buying multiple of a product, used their "make an offer" feature, told should have a response within 1 business hour.

9 hours later, no response, product then sold out.

Remove distracting 'make an offer' feature. Put your best price first.
