The program is well designed and easy to follow. I wouldn't say it's life-changing overnight, but after a few weeks, I noticed my mindset shifting — especially when dealing with frustration on the course. The flexibility to “play anywhere” is a big plus.
I really didn't think the HSA reimbursement would actually happen. But I just got my first one back, and it made me a believer. That aside, the program feels like having a mental coach in your pocket — practical tools, not fluff.
It's rare to find something that makes golf more fun and helps with life outside the course. GolfRx gave me both. I'm a better player, but honestly, I'm an even better dad and husband because I'm not carrying stress home the way I used to.
GolfRx really surprised me. The CBT tools are explained in plain English and easy to use, even if you’re not big on “mental health” stuff. I started using the thought-challenging exercises before tough shots and it’s made a noticeable difference in my confidence.
I was pretty doubtful about the HSA part - seemed too good to be true. But after going through the process, I got my first reimbursement with no issues. The program itself is straightforward and effective. I actually feel calmer stepping onto the course now, instead of carrying my work stress with me.
