Customer service was great in answering my questions with timely speed. Pricing is great plus course is everything you need to pass. For context, my course was ITIL4.

My employer purchased a course on GogoTraining to enhance my professional performance and in preparation of a reorganisation in my department. The course was very good, in depth, without getting lost in useless whistles and bells, clear information, material was easy to locate and to the point. I really enjoyed the learning.
Then I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, that brought me to a prolonged absence from work, and thus no access to the course. Unfortunately I missed the deadline for the exam, and was quite disappointed because it was really important to me to get the certification. All lost? Nope. I wrote a very simple e-mail, explaining that my fall-out was due to long term illness, and asking if there was any chance to take the exam anyway. Customer service went the extra mile, not only granting me access to the exam, but also to the study material, [which was much more than I had hoped for - I thought if anything they would give me access to the exam] so that I could review a few of the many videos, and the learning books. I got certified the very last day of access, but yes I did it, and all because of the kindness and understanding of customer service staff. 5 well deserved stars, for the course and for human compassion. Thank you.

I was a little nervous at first seeing an offer on Reddit for a training package, however, it ended up being 100% legit and helped me pass a certification the exam tonight. Highly recommend the ITIL v4 Foundation course. A lot of what was covered was directly on the exam.

Bought a $463 voucher from them and can't even use it. All of that because I picked a zone 3 voucher which make sense as I live in a zone 3 area but because my country is zone 2 they got it all messed up even though IT IS LITERALLY WRITTEN ON THEIR WEBSITE that the zone in which I live (oversea territory) is zone 3.

Now they say they'll find a solution with PeopleCert but they still haven't answered to me and it's about to be the weekend ( I ordered Thursday ).Supposedly you would get the voucher in under 24hours but now that they messed up I won't get it in time.

I feel frustrated and this is a terrible customer experience. I'll maybe move that rating up if it is solved in time which I doubt.

Otherwise I'll bring it back to 1 where it belongs.

EDIT : As promised, I change the rating as my problem was solved by their team in time and I managed to take my exam this morning just like I initially wanted !

I have found Gogotraining by coincidence in internet about almost 10 years ago and I am incredibly happy about that - affordable prices, flexibility, great trainers, very well structured and focused on important content and value courses, possibility to check before the purchase whether the trainer is right for you, fantastic customer support and possibility to ask questions the trainers - popular names in the ITIL community and also authors of ITIL publications, personal approach. Since then they are my true and trusted companion in my ITIL journey. Thanks to them today I am ITILv3 Expert and ITIL4 Master

I was really sceptical about using Gogo Training, they were offering the exam voucher cheaper than anywhere else and there were very few reviews about them, it sounded too good to be true or possibly a scam. However, after some deep digging on Reddit I found nothing but positive feedback so I decided to take the risk and it paid off. Within 10 minutes of purchasing the ITIL 4 Foundation exam voucher from them, I had received the email from People Cert and my account had been set up and the exam booked.

I found this certification partner on my search for an ITIL certification and was pleasantly surprised with the high quality course material in addition to the certification voucher, offered at a very attractive price compared to the actual certification website. Customer support was fast and friendly, and everything worked as promised with the exam voucher.

I saw the review from ajnatto and I was apprehensive so I enquired on an ITIL community on Reddit and the response there about GoGo was positive. After watching some of the videos on YouTube I decided to book my ITIL Foundation course with them as they were cheapest and gave me a good deal on the Foundation book. I have done two ITIL courses with them now and passed both with flying colours and will be doing my next one through them too.
I cannot speak highly enough of the support from the Course Trainer and also from their Customer Services. They have gone above and beyond each time I've had a query on the course material and issues I had booking my exam through Peoplecert. Gogo have a great team there, they have clearly done their ITIL training themselves!!
If you want further confirmations ask on an ITIL Reddit community, I'd be very surprised if you got any negative reviews.

I was scammed by them. They offered a 299 ITIL courses but you only get the first hour of each course.
