Had an appointment booked for an


Had an appointment booked for an asbestos survey to be done for a potential house buy. It was a no show.I was told the car broke down...They didn't contact me either I had to call to ask what was going on! Estate agent who's selling the house called me to say they didn't show up. This then was rebooked with a discount in price( least they could do) for today and guy hasn't showed up AGAIN!I have email proof. No calls no nothing .Ive emailed and left VM and NOTHING. Utterly unprofessional don't use!

Waiting period when you’ve declined their offer

I’d imagine they’re good if you’re happy with their low blow offer! I feel waiting 3 days just to confirm they’re sending the device back.. after you’ve declined their offer is outrageous!
I’ve asked multiple times to just send it me back as I don’t feel the price they come up with was fair! Personally wouldn’t use them again, nor would I recommend
I can also see that all comments are hidden on their social media platforms!

Go Green Ltd is a waste management and recycling brokerage company, and we do not provide mobile phone or device recycling services.

Poor customer service

Sent 24hour tracking for phone, was advised same day payment . I sent the phone Sunday no communication until Thursday. Accepted quote only to be told it will take longer for payout. You are better off selling direct , avoid.

Looks like this is a common theme, I sent my phone promised payment, same day, 3 days later still no payment and keep getting it’s coming, payment issues
.. theft of a phone, I will be reporting to the police please send me my phone back

Exploring Recycling arrangements for a small industrial unit

I contacted Go Green whilst exploring the market to establish a recycling arrangement for a small industrial unit. After a discussion with Marcus he told me that due to the low waste streams we generate he did not he could give a competitive quote. He gave me details of a company which he felt would be more appropriate. I was very impressed by the professionalism of Marcus and his colleagues who he consulted as part of the process.
