Really happy with the work from Go Green Alliance replacing our boiler.

I was managing everything remotely from overseas, and their quote stood out straight away — much more detailed than others and very clear on what was included. The price was also very competitive for the level of work.

The install itself looks great. They paid attention to the details — for example, they matched and used proper bricks to close up the old flue opening since the new boiler needed a different position. It looks neat and properly finished, not like a patch job.

The job also included things like a new pump, valve, TRVs and filter, all installed nicely and working as expected.

Communication was easy throughout and all the paperwork (Gas Safe, electrical cert, warranty, etc.) came through quickly after the job. My tenant was happy as well, which is always a good sign.

Overall, very smooth experience and would definitely recommend them.

We have recommended people to GoGreen Alliance Limited as they do a very good job and all the workers are well mannered.

The staff at GoGreen Alliance Ltd are very friendly and respectful of your home. Their work is to a very high standard and they stay until the work is completed. The central heating boiler they supplied is first class! We couldn't ask for better service and they are a well organised business.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and the quality of service they have delivered to one of my clients who needed a boiler and radiator fitted. Communication has always been excellent and they have consistently gone the extra mile to ensure that my clients needs were met.

Great Customer Service. Fast. Polite. Friendly engineers. Great help from Daniyal too. Was able to put on a new boiler within a week.

Had a complete new boiler fitted, old one removed and new condensing one installed.
Also new parts in my gas meter.
The two lads worked all day ,checked all radiators working and cleaned up leaving no mess at all . Complete new flue, Electric checked also.
Would highly recommend this company as nothing was too much trouble for them.

Rashid and Samee were both efficient and professional heating engineers. They did a great job fitting the boiler and were very friendly and hard working.

Just had the underfloor insulation and then new boiler fitted, a good service provided, the teams who attended worked efficiently and completed the jobs well within the time frames given as well as cleaning up after. Marcus kept us well informed throughout the process even after a few hiccups early in the process and a bit of a time delay all that were outside GoGreen's remit. Thanks for your service and assistance throughout the process.

Hi do you apply for the grants after taking client details or do the clients have to apply and then u carry out the work if eligible?

Very poor customer service. I have phoned on several occasions asking for an update on my grant application. Each time advised Marcus would get back to me. He has not nor has anyone else from the company. Very disappointed and I would not recommend.

Nothing was to much when asked anything always on time and very efficient happy with the finished product

I have had an excellent service with GoGreen Alliance Ltd. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the start when the engineer attended my address to take pictures of the boiler and assess the job to relay back to the company.
I have had an amazing boiler fitted by a very hardworking fitter, who spent hours making sure that the boiler worked well. The boss even attended on the day to deliver a part that was needed so his engineer did not have to leave the job.
The job was then inspected by a Quality Inspection engineer a few days later to make sure that the boiler was fitted well and the boiler was running to plan.
My boiler is running very well and i am very please to have heat and hot water now, as the work was delayed due to the outbreak of Covid 19.
I would definitely recommend this company
