圓該䌁業による蚘述

Go Harder Travel organizes small-group rock climbing and adventure trips abroad, built for climbers who want more than a guided day at the crag. Each trip pairs world-class climbing with the things that make a place worth traveling to: local cuisine, culture, and a rotating mix of outdoor adventure like caving, kayaking, canyoneering, surfing, yoga, and coastal hikes. Destinations include Barcelona and Spain's Atlantic coast, Potrero Chico in Mexico, and Squamish in Canada, with fully custom itineraries available. Groups are deliberately capped at seven people. Trips welcome climbers from roughly gym-grade 5.9 to 5.10 on top rope up through far harder leads, so a single group can stretch without anyone feeling out of place, and a short pre-interest survey matches travelers to a group that fits their experience and the climbing-to-adventure balance they want. What sets the company apart is hands-on, end-to-end organization. Founder Taylor Valore, a Wharton MBA who lived abroad for 15 years, has traveled to 80-plus countries, and has climbed in more than a dozen countries, personally joins every trip as organizer and travel agent. Climbing is led by local guides Valore has climbed with and vetted firsthand, each one deeply rooted in the crag being climbed. The complicated logistics of international climbing travel, the part most travelers dread, are handled start to finish, so clients can focus on the climbing and the experience.

Great opportunity to climb outdoors with cool people

Go Harder Travel is a travel company on a great mission to make outdoor climbing more accessible. I live in New York where access to outdoor climbing is somewhat limited, so I was really excited about the opportunity to go climbing in Mexico in the winter. The trip was well planned, the guides were excellent, and the climbing was top-tier. I even did multipitch for the first time on this trip! Also, I really liked everyone who came on this trip - it definitely attracts adventurous and interesting people! I would definitely book another trip with Taylor through Go Harder Travel to another destination.

Excellent Adventures Abraod

My trip to Catalunya with Go Harder Travel was one of the best international trips I've ever taken. The itinerary was jam-packed with rich experiences that ranged from sunset wine tasting to vertical caving - and, of course, lots of climbing! I'd consider myself fairly well-traveled and a good trip planner, but there's no way I'd ever be able to pull together such an incredible itinerary on my own. Taylor's knowledge of the region and his connections with local guides meant that we went places and had experiences that most international tourists never would. That, combined with not having to worry about the logistics of planning a complicated adventure trip abroad, meant his services were well worth the cost. It was a wonderful feeling to be able to simply show up and enjoy the trip! I loved the variety of activities - rock climbing, caving, via ferrata, kayaking/snorkeling, historic sites, small towns, city tours, and excellent wining and dining! As a casual climber who doesn't get outdoors as much as she'd like, it was great to climb in stunning locations without having to worry about the grades. Taylor and Marc (our local guide) picked crags that had a great variety of top-rope and sport climbs that ranged from beginner to advanced, ensuring that everyone had something fun to climb at their level. Not only was Taylor a thoughtful and thorough trip planner, he was a fantastic trip host and member of the group, participating in activities and ensuring we had everything we needed along the way. He consistently went out of his way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had their needs met. I would recommend Taylor's services with no hesitation and would absolutely travel with him again!

Incredible climbing, even better people

Taylor is incredible! His meticulous planning of the itineraries, his connection to the local areas, and his depth of research into the best guides, things to do, and food/lodging are so incredibly valuable. My wife and I his Mexico climbing trip, and we seriously had the best
time. Amazing climbing and seriously unforgettable people. We’ve done other group trips through other companies, but the care and attention Taylor puts into his trips is on another level. I can’t recommend Go Harder Travel enough.

Potrero Chico, 2025

Took a trip to Potrero Chico over new Year's for my first multipitch trip and it was an absolute blast, Taylor worked with a great guide and he balanced the participants skill levels well with plenty of options each day. I got some exposure to crack climbing that isn't slippery sandstone and gained a lot more confidence in my own outdoor skills.
The crag speaks for itself, I definitely get why this is a popular spot for December climbing. We also hit some hot springs in San Joaquin and a spectacular hike with an open air rappel return path.

Best rockclimbing trip 🧗

I just got back from Go Harder Travel's Mexico trip, and it was one of the best guided climbing tours I've had. I’d jump at the chance to do it again.
It blended approachable outdoor rock climbing (beginner friendly) with multipitch routes and a rich taste of Mexican culture in a way that felt natural and welcoming.
The local guides tuned the climbs to each of us, which made real progress feel achievable and kept the experience fun. I picked up skills that helped me noticeably when I got back to indoor routes, and I passed lead belay testing as well.
This was a truly special trip. Our guide, Taylor was a standout, always tuned in to our needs, offering emotional support, solid technical guidance, and help with language when needed.
I met amazing people and came away with a deeper appreciation for the country and its people❀❀❀

The Human Side of Adventure Travel

Before signing up, I was choosing between three different climbing vacations: a sailing-and-climbing trip in Europe, a large women-only climbing trip, and Go Harder Travel’s Spain climbing trip led by Taylor.

What ultimately made the decision for me was a Zoom call with Taylor.

I have plenty of insecurities, especially when it comes to joining group trips with strangers. During that call, Taylor patiently addressed all of my questions, interests, and concerns. More importantly, he brought an immediate sense of warmth and connection. By the end of the conversation, he felt less like a trip organizer and more like an old friend. I left feeling confident that if I ever felt uncertain or out of place during the trip, I would have someone in my corner.

That sealed the deal.

The itinerary itself was outstanding.

My absolute favorite experience was a Hammam (Arabian bath) near Barcelona. The renovated farmhouse setting, salt bath, cold and hot pools, jacuzzi, sauna with aromatic steam, outdoor warm pool under the stars, and endless cups of sweet tea created one of the most relaxing travel experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly wished we had gone twice. If Taylor ever creates a “Climb and Hammam” trip, sign me up immediately.

The climbing was fantastic as well. During the crag lunch on the first climbing day, after sharing a surprisingly effective Spanish beer, I somehow managed to climb a new outdoor top-rope personal best of 6b (5.10d). I still maintain that the beer deserves partial credit.

I also loved the via ferrata, kayaking, snorkeling in the Mediterranean, a city tour by bike and visiting a local climbing gym in Barcelona. As climbers, visiting a local gym abroad was one of those small but memorable cultural experiences that made the trip feel special.

One of my favorite memories was actually the very first evening in Barcelona. After dinner at Vinitus, we climbed at a local gym and then ended the night sharing room-temperature cava, potato chips, and complimentary hotel biscuits in a communal area of the hotel. Somehow it felt both dirtbag and luxurious at the same time.

What impressed me most, however, was not the itinerary.

As a highly sensitive person, compatibility with the host matters more to me than any destination. If I don’t feel that I belong, I won’t enjoy the experience no matter how beautiful the location or how good the climbing is.

Climbing is inherently vulnerable. To fully enjoy a climbing trip with strangers in a foreign country, I need to feel safe, included, and supported. In my experience, some guiding services achieve technical competence but miss the human side entirely.

Taylor didn’t just make sure we were fed, comfortable, and safe. He worked hard to make each guest feel welcome, appreciated, accomplished, and empowered. The local guides he selected in Spain were equally skilled, emotionally steady, and adaptable to climbers with different personalities and comfort levels.

As a solo traveler, I can honestly say this was one of the few climbing trips where I formed meaningful connections while still feeling fully included and seen.

Spain gave me great climbing, great memories, and a lot to reflect on long after I returned home.

Thank you, Taylor.

Veronica, you made this such a memorable trip! One of the many memories I'll take with me is a playlist that kept us laughing and confused on the car trips. You also saw the human side of this trip while crushing your first 10d. Climb on!

Amazing week climbing in Catalonia

I went on a week long climbing trip to Catalonia, Spain with Taylor / GoHarderTravel and had an incredibly fun week! Normally I am the type to do all of my own travel planning, so this trip was a real treat. All I had to do was show up and Taylor had an awesome itinerary ready to go for us to all enjoy the week to the fullest!

Taylor was very knowledgeable about the local areas we visited and was in general a super fun guy to hang out with. He put in a huge amount of effort to make sure that we were all having fun each day, and was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. I got along with him very easily and so did all the other members of my group.

The climbing guides he organized for us were amazing, both in the extent of their local knowledge and also their technical skills. I felt completely comfortable climbing with them immediately. They did a great job finding fun routes for us to climb and organizing our days so that everyone in the group had routes to climb at the level that they wanted. We also had the opportunity for some technical instruction in miscellaneous rope system skills from the guides that was really interesting and very appreciated.

I had a super fun time on the trip and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore a new region and do some fun climbing at the same time.
