Same as the previous review. I ordered a replacement wheel for the hoverkart. Money taken but no order confirm. Emails now bounce back and the sales and customer service line just rings out.

I ordered the hoverboard and kart as birthday gift for my son back in April 2023. The deal was that the kart was free. The Hoverboard arrived in time for his birthday early May but no kart. I have emailed them 3 times to ask where the kart is and was told the first time it was delayed. I've emailed twice again and get "failure notice" emails back from yahoo saying the emails can't be delivered to their e-mail address. Still no kart. I'm just glad I got the board. Do not use this company.

AVOID!!!! Hoverkart was faulty, shop would not reply. When they eventually agreed to refund me (£280) they didn’t release the money after months of me chasing. My Bank fraud team had to step in and refund me.
0 customer service. Requested to speak with a manager and told to email. Emails were not answered. I have reported to the police also. AVOID!!!!!!!

Brought is October sent back December for repairs then got back January still not fix so sent back again then again.
Would ever recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a kart for my son and this company held on to the order for over a week despite everything being in stock and give me nothing but lies about TRYING to dispatch it the following day.

I ended up trying to cancel my order and I am still chasing up confirmation on a refund being processed!

This company and the two guys who run it will constantly lie to you.

I ordered two hoverboards and carts September 2022 as Christmas presents. Delivery was due in October - got email stating that delivery would be delayed. Carts eventually arrived, but no hoverboards. Waited October, November but still nothing. All my emails were answered and when I phoned my calls were always answered politely - even though I was getting cross! -
Their customer service was spot on! Hoverboards arrived and two happy children on Christmas morning ☺️

I ordered 2 8.5 hovercarts in November. They should have been dispatched December 12th. A week after this date I recieved a text saying one of the items was out of stock, pick another colour, the following say, i received another text saying the other one was out of stock as well. These finally arrived on Wednesday 21st, and 1 was broken.
The customer service is abysmal! They are refusing to replace it, or refund me, saying they will only fix it under warranty, despite me repeatedly saying this was not good enough as it was broken when it arrived.

I ordered through this company in November and was told my order would be with me by week 2nd December. I then panicked when checking the reviews and thought I’d been done over and would never receive my order. I was on hold for days at a time/ no replies to my emails and then my delivery turned up a week late. It is amazing and my son was so happy on Christmas Day. I honestly thought I’d been done so customer service is shocking but at least I got my order.

I have been dealing with MAX and he has updated the delivery by message regularly as it was 2part delivery. Delt with a delay in kart option and made sure my order was updated as per request. Thank you very much now to see my sons face when he opens it :)

We ordered the 8.5" hoverboard bundle last month and are still waiting for delivery. How do I tell my son that Santa forgot to deliver his main present ! Correspondence is terrible and good luck if you try calling them, I have been on hold now for over 30 mins and throughout that time have been at queue position 2. I am queueing with two separate phones and both at queue position 2!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Like previous reviewer, I have an order (and paid for) since 15th Nov 22 (main Xmas present) with no word or communication from GoHoverkart since. Have emailed countless times and tried to call - no joy with anything. Is this a scam, can someone please put up an update as to what is going on???

Still waiting for a delivery which they said were sending out the week of 5th December... Been trying to contact you last 2 days... No reply from email or phone

Great hoverboard and Kart Bundle. Kids Love it. Always on it indoors and out. Fast delivery. Team was helpful. Answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Product is great, everyone in the family can use. Well made, sturdy but also looks good.
The delivery was also excellent- really great present for our daughter

Our daughter absolutely loved her hoverboard which we converted to a go kart by buying the attachment. Unfortunately the battery has not lasted very well and has given up after just a year and needs to be replaced.

Bought my son a hoverboard two years ago just after the lockdowns. They kept me informed of delivery and delivered before Christmas despite lockdown supply issues. A kart wheel was damaged but they promptly replaced this. Hoverkart still going strong

Hovecart we have purchase was amazing.Good quality and easy to ride on.My son loves it.

We bought two of these hover carts for our two grandsons as Xmas presents two years ago. They are the most used presents we ever bought them and still going strong. We had a problem with one of them after 16 months of hard use, but a phone call to Gohovercart and it was soon back in use. Great service.

It was 4 yrs ago i brought my son The hover cart from this company from what i can remember everything was all good the hover cart was really good and the go Kart adapter was very good from what i can remember i know it still works well too . It was so long ago thats for the reason for 4 Stars but i am Sure everything was all good

Good company to deal with would be happy to use them again
