This is by far the best service I've received when ordering sweets. I ordered on a Saturday night and they arrived in great condition on Tuesday. Super fast. Would recommend!!

Old sweets
I order foamy sweets that turned up stale, and broken. Clearly old. Overpriced. Would not recommend
In respond to your reply: no I ordered a “Bubs mixed jar”. Bubs are not freeze dried. Looks even worse when you try to defend your poor quality

1st time order
1st time order, delivery was fast and packaged well. I ordered a mixed bag, black jacks,fruit salad & some dry frozen sweets which were a nice novelty. Nothing beats the classics.

Do not use this company! My order never turned up, they have taken my money and are now ignoring all my emails. I’m now having to claim my money back from my credit card company. In all my years of buying online this is the only time I’ve had to resort to these measures.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I do recall emailing straight back with advice on what had happened and we also refunded right away upon request.
After placing the order I never received any communication from them.
After placing the order I never received a confirmation email which I found concerning. The next day I received this email asking me to review them so tried to contact them via their website but it just says unable to send at this time. I then sent them just a normal email and I still haven’t received a reply. Of cause the money has been taken but not sure I’m going to receive the goods.

Sorry to hear about your service we provided you. The auto email system had gone down this day and unfortunately because of this we didn't get the order notification through. This is now resolved and we work hard everyday to better our service. Please be advised we wasn't or never ignore our customers we just advice around Christmas time or close to we do take a little longer to reply because we're very busy. I am although very sorry that this happened to you and we have put measures and extra staffing to ensure nothing happens like this again.

Careful on best before dates!
Partner loves this dark snickers so ordered for Christmas not realising they only had 10 DAYS left on the best before date! Not happy 😕
EDIT: changed from 2 star to 1 after experiencing their customer service
EDIT on 10/02/2026 AFTER they responded - there was NOTHING in the description at time of ordering as I would NOT have ordered them for a Xmas present (I'm not the sort of person to give out of date sweets to someone for Xmas!!)

Best experience with going sweety nuts
My experience has always been great with going sweety nuts. The packaging is always well wrapped, Quick delivery, going sweety nuts are always happy to help, always smiling and their sweets are amazing
