Thanks for your review on both Trustpilot and Google.

This doesn’t sound right. If this is genuinely the case, we’d recommend contacting our service desk so we can investigate your connection further. We would have reached out directly, but we’re unable to locate an account under your name.

The outage last night was caused by our underlying network provider, OFNL. We’re very sorry for the disruption. When maintenance is carried out on their infrastructure, it is unfortunately outside of our control.

We’re sorry to hear about your initial experience. While we don’t provide weekend support, our team contacted you as soon as the office reopened and worked with you to get everything checked.

Once in touch, the service was confirmed as working and we were unable to identify any fault with the router or connection.

We always welcome the opportunity to investigate and resolve any issues, and we do feel it’s unfortunate that this review was left before we had the chance to do so.

If you ever need assistance in the future, our support team will of course be happy to help during our normal opening hours.
