five stars
Super friendly and easygoing customer service. The amount of times I had to change my order (sizing and even changing the jersey entirely), they still cooperated and sent me the right jersey. They are very high-quality jerseys, and shipping isn't as long as expected, so that was a bonus.
All those people leaving negative reviews may have just been unlucky. If you send them a friendly email, they should get back to you within a very short time.
definitely recommend Gojersey.

Company Delivery Error - Poor Service
Made an order before Christmas for a gift to my partner. Didn’t arrive in time but that’s my fault, I ordered too late with the Christmas rush. Got an email from them around New Year’s to say I had given them the wrong address (I had not), and that I would have to pay to change the delivery address. I kept querying why I had to pay when it wasn’t my issue and refused to pay this heinous charge. This went on and on and for over 3 weeks, no one could tell me where my package was, when I asked for updates after they fixed the postal code error, it was then transferred from one courier to another, I had to keep emailing for updates, my new tracking number etc. I got offered $8 in compensation (only once my order eventually arrived tho) in website credit, which I declined. All because they put 2 postal codes on it (one being the correct one which I had provided). They also tried to blame me for this, stating in emails that I provided the wrong address. No idea where the other postal code appeared from. They then got in touch to say my package was “ready for pick up” and to ring 2 numbers to see where it was. Had to question them then as to why it had to be “picked up” when they were given the delivery address. Their reply was “yes it has been scheduled for re-delivery” re-delivery from where, I don’t know. Then they asked ME to provides updates to them from Canada Post who I contacted directly for updates. Imagine! Thankfully it arrived yesterday (18th Jan) but really took the joy out of the gift. It’s original delivery date was around 30th Dec. so this took almost 3 weeks to be sorted. Just not good enough! Won’t be buying from this site again!!

Suspicious shipping experience
I purchased multiple jerseys in mid-November and paid an additional $30 US for express shipping. The jerseys have yet to arrive and today I received an email from GoJersey indicating that I needed to pay an additional $30 to have my jerseys arrive via FedEx. When I click the ‘pay the difference’ link, it takes me to the GoJersey site where I’m being asked to add a $20 US charge to my shopping cart. While there is a postal strike in Canada, it feels like GoJersey is taking advantage of these challenges and is seeking additional, unverified shipping fees. This makes me very suspicious and I would hope that they would honour their initial, express shipping timelines to ensure the arrival of these jerseys.
