The Story Behind Gokula Incense My journey with incense began over 30 years ago. Like many people, I first discovered incense through simple fragrances such as Spiritual Sky, but it wasn't long before I realised there was a whole world of beautiful natural incense waiting to be explored. During my years living as a Hare Krishna monk and through my regular travels to India, I had the opportunity to experience many traditional styles of incense and visit places where incense has been appreciated for generations. It was there that I discovered the richness, depth and variety of truly high-quality natural incense. Over the years, I gradually built a personal collection of more than seventy carefully selected fragrances. Every incense in our range has been chosen because I genuinely enjoy burning it myself. Whether it is the rich warmth of sandalwood and agarwood (oud), the timeless beauty of nag champa, the sweetness of jasmine and rose, or the unique uplifting aroma of our much-loved Vrindavan Flower, each fragrance has its own character and atmosphere. Today, Gokula Incense remains a small family business run with the same passion that first inspired me over three decades ago. We specialise in high-quality natural incense, carefully selected fragrances and thoughtful gifts, always aiming to offer products that we would happily use ourselves.
