I started taking Active in 2018 when I experienced troubles with my knees after playing football on a regular basis with my son. After consulting a specialist and an MRI he convinced me that operation is not an option in my case as my joints were not properly located since birth. I did ask him whether taking supplements with collagen could improve and he confirmed that that was an option and that I should do that for at least 3 months. I did the research myself on internet and looked for a good quality supplement and I found Gold Collagen. Started taking it and I felt improvement after the third week. I have not stopped taking it since then😊 No problems whatsoever with joints I must admit. Hair is growing like mad and skin looks comparatively fine for a 50-yo woman I am. I fully recommend Active Gold Collagen🙌🏻

Al momento posso solo recensire l’esperienza avuta col servizio clienti: favolosa, impeccabile.
Ho avuto una disavventura con gls che ha consegnato il pacco alla mia azienda ma che a quanto pare è stato ritirato da qualcuno e nessuno mi ha avvisata né tantomeno mi ha fatto recapitare il mio ordine. Da sito gls il nome della persona risulta oscurato e chiamare il corriere è a quanto pare impossibile (zero operatori, solo una voce automatica e la linea stranamente continua a cadere).
Il servizio clienti gold collagen al contrario si è dimostrato immensamente cordiale e efficace: mi hanno informata che avrebbero aperto un indagine per gls e che nel frattempo mi avrebbero inviato un secondo ordine sostitutivo.
Mai nella vita ho avuto un trattamento simile da un servizio clienti e sono quasi commossa.
Non appena testerò il prodotto recensirò anche quello ma ora non potevo non dare 5(mille) stelle al servizio clienti 🩷

Gold Collagen Team are easy to access and contact. They always reply are always courteous and helpful. They don’t make anything hard or difficult. If I have requested goods ( or not ) ; such as pausing a subscription temporarily they have only been to happy to oblige with no pressure or questions asked. They have been dreamy actually!!!

I made my order 14 days ago, and it's still not delivered yet to the UK!!!
For comparison: My order from China arrived three days ago.

Bad experience with Subscription delivery
I chose to subscribe directly through the Gold website rather than purchasing from Boots, as the cost was the same. Unfortunately, my very first delivery experience has been extremely disappointing.
Yodel, delivery partner, left the parcel unattended on a high-traffic street, and it was subsequently stolen. I was never informed nor did I authorize the parcel to be left outside in such an insecure location.
I contacted Yodel, but they refused to take responsibility and redirected me to Gold. I have since sent multiple emails to your customer service team. Additionally, the phone number provided in the subscription confirmation email appears to be invalid or no longer in service.
This experience is unacceptable.

UNCLEAR COMMUNICATION ABOUT PARCEL DELIVERED
I placed 3 orders, separately, however when you delivered, you delivered all three orders without notifying me, I stayed for the whole week waiting for the second and third orders to be delivered. My parcels even delayed its shipment schedule, cos I thought it was not full delivered. Please allow customers to order more that 1 quantity or communicate how shipment will be ordered.

Have been taking gold for 30days and…
Have been taking gold for 30days and not really noticed any difference but like the product. Had a subscription but took 5 days for renewal to be sent to me, so without product!!! Not effective if I stop taking for 5 days.
Sent email but no apologies just stupid replies. 29th june renewal received on the 4th May!!!!!

I’ve only taken it for 10 days but do…
I’ve only taken it for 10 days but do think my arthritic knee isn’t as painful. I don’t think this will last for 60 days so not cheaper probably than the small bottles which is what I was trying to achieve.
