i have ordered silver coins several times , they are always dispatched quickly, Royal mail keep me up to date with tracking ,and the coins always delivered on time.

Tammy was so helpful and I felt I got a very fair price for the gold I took in. It was just broken necklaces etc so I can thoroughly recommend you take it along to Gold Bank in Nottingham.

I took a 9ct diamond ring in and was told they are not diamonds ,, Id already had it looked at by a friend who is a maser goldsmith so i knew what it was,, she tested them and then agreed with me that they were diamonds in a very snotty way and Id been told the retail price was between £350 and £450 and i should get around £200 .. i was offered £175 by another gold buyer so thought id go to the gold bank to see what they would offer .....they offered £68 ,,,what a rip off

I wanted buy 5 coins from this seller on ebay. They had 2 and more still available on each of them. When i set order and paid for it, seller figured out that, they allready sold out 1 piece of them (but on ebay was still information 2 more available). They had to cancel my order cause of this missing piece. Their mistake cost me more then 50 euro cause ebay send me back £ on € account and bank took money for this transaction. Not recomending to buy from anything

This is my 4th deal with the gold bank in the last 6 years. Had a Rolex watch to sell- and as per previous occasions got an expert appraisal- and a price that was above my expectations- Colin was very professional, honest and the transaction was completed in under 20 minutes.

I've visited Gold Bank twice now, once last year to sell my late Aunt's jewellery, and again today to sell my mum's jewellery. I was helped today by Shannon who was lovely.

On both occasions I was met with professionalism and compassion.

The staff were thorough, careful and discreet. They checked the items I brought in and were happy to check unmarked jewellery pieces for me using their x-ray machine. (On both occasions a piece that I believed to be worthless turned our to be real gold.)

I was very happy with the valuation I received on both visits and felt under no pressure to sell, but was happy to do so.

The sale was very straightforward, they just checked my ID, took my bank account details and moments later the money was in my account.

I would definitely recommend Gold Bank if you need to sell any unwanted gold jewellery.
