Chris and the whole Goldbeech team did a fantastic job on our addition. They had great attention to detail and were extremely polite and friendly; just overall wonderful to work with. They had clear communication, with daily updates on progress and regular updates on the timeline.

Our house is a midcentury modern house and it presented many challenges due to its age and unusual construction, but the team had enough experience to troubleshoot any issues. Chris also understood how to scope the project to match the craftsmanship of the house while also simplifying for cost reasons.

Our house was a new build by Gold Beech Construction. From the design and layout to all the small details, it’s clear that Chris and his team put a lot of heart, hard work, and pride into their craft. Since moving in, Chris has been super responsive to any issues—whether or not they technically fall under the warranty. Honestly, I’ve sometimes felt like I was bugging him too much 😄, but he’s always been patient and helpful. We hired Chris and his Gold Beech team to renovate the lower level of our home to create an elegant, single-story residence for my mother, in which she could age in place. What Gold Beech did was beyond what we imagined was possible.
We found great value in the pre-construction/design process and are confident that the renovation was far better because of it. Gold Beech learned in detail what was important to us aesthetically and took aging in place needs into consideration at every level of design. The designer reimagined several spaces, resulting in greater ease of use and a better flow to the whole level, which was a wonderful surprise, exceeding even the high expectations we had.

They gave the same deep attention to hidden aspects of the construction work we might never see as they did to the more visible ones. The workspace was safe and well organized and cleaned every day, demonstrating respect for the team and our home.
