Goldbet withheld my winnings and ignored all communication

I had a very negative experience with Goldbet.

I deposited and played using only my own funds (no bonuses). I won a total of 11,500 EUR. Initially, they approved and paid out 2,000 EUR without any issues.

However, after I continued playing and tried to withdraw the remaining balance, my account was suddenly blocked.

The reason given was “duplicate account”, referring to an account created by my wife. However:

- My wife never made any deposit
- She never placed bets
- Her account was not verified and barely used
- No bonus abuse or unfair advantage occurred

Despite this, my account was blocked while hers remains active.

Even more concerning, Goldbet ignored all communication attempts, including a formal complaint handled by Casino Guru. The complaint was closed as “unresolved” because the casino refused to respond.

This behavior strongly suggests that the casino selectively pays small amounts and then blocks accounts after larger winnings.

I strongly advise others to avoid this casino.

I had been playing on Goldbet.io for an extended period, making regular deposits and active gameplay. My account was fully verified (KYC completed and approved).

After a significant win, my account was suddenly blocked and I was informed that my withdrawal would not be processed due to an alleged “duplicate account”. No evidence has been provided to support this claim, nor have I been given any specific details such as account IDs, technical logs, or proof of wrongdoing.

I have repeatedly confirmed that I only ever created and used one account under my own identity. I am willing to provide additional documentation, including proof of address and identity, to verify my information.

Instead of addressing the withdrawal request directly, I was redirected to bonus-related conditions and even asked to make an additional deposit to “confirm my account”, despite the fact that my account is already fully verified and currently inaccessible.

At this stage, I am not requesting bonuses or promotions, only the fair processing of my legitimate winnings or clear evidence of any alleged breach.

I hope this situation can be resolved transparently and fairly, as the current handling lacks clarity and supporting evidence.
