Played on this app for over a year. Crappy payouts. Do not download!!! Spend hundreds to finally hit a bonus and lucky to win $1!!! not once but multiple times on different games. If you get lucky enough to hit a decent pot, your best bet is to withdraw and delete the damn app! If you don't they make sure you never hit for anything again. Spin 20-30 times and not hit anything. Decided to keep a spreadsheet of all the games played, bets and wins. Hard to continue to preach "random" wins when the spreadsheet clearly shows a pattern. The same pattern over and over is NOT random!!! They have these slots rigged.

Terrible! Golden Nugget Casino’s bonus is extremely misleading. I won over $700, deposited my own money as required, completed their “daily mission,” and was still only allowed to withdraw $5. This is one of the most bogus and absolutely a waste of my effing time!!!
The withdrawal rules are buried and not explained clearly until it’s too late. This feels predatory, not promotional. Do better.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their lossback promos should not have to be opted in for. Since I didn't click the right button fast enough I got screwed out of $1000. Customer service and supervisor wouldn't help me saying "It wouldn't be fair to other players" How would the other players no or care? I was really enjoying there app till recently. I recieved 500 free spins 50 daily. "Awesome" did like 3 or 4 days of them. Won a bit of money . More then promo required. Went to cashout and it says I need to make deposits for faster withdraws. Ok no problem. So made deposit they excepted deposit. But still unable to make withdraw, says card not excepted. I ask them about my remaining free spins and they say they will be gone once the 10 days are up. I said well I only played 3 or 4 days worth and then I got put under restrictions. The games only let me spin two to three times and then says it cannot verify my location and I have to start it all over again. It feels like my money was stolen from me. If i could give it less then one star i would. After the first initial win nothing . Plus a lot of their games the bet amount and your funds amount are so small you cant see them so they proceed to suck all the money out of you because you can't see what's going on. I know that is done on purpose so you lose all your money and have to deposit more. Support was less than helpful.

I’ll be straight forward…I deposited money, played some, tried to withdrawal the remaining balance, and they locked me account for no reason. I went to customer service, who blamed it on Trustly Banking. So I went to Trustly, and they blamed it on Golden Nugget. In my opinion, Golden Nugget is purely a criminal/scam model with rigged games. I plan on joining Wright and Schultz for the Class Action Law Suit. If they attempt to reply to my honest review, it’s all lies.

This game cheats and skips and literally for hours won’t give you a bonus. No payouts. It freezes and changes the symbols so they don’t match up. Horrible app there aren’t any yellow symbols that match the most you get is 2 and never and more than that. No red symbol matches. The bonus when you do get one never retrievers, or they are all cents and never any bigger amounts. This game is a fraud and literally cheats and skips so nothing matches. By far one of the worse gaming platforms. The promotions always wants you to deposit $50 or $100 for .10 spins for 10 games or something like that. Doesn’t pay at all just takes your money.
