Goldenstar casino WAS a phenomenal project once. Now its not even mediocre. Cashouts are slow and support is awful. They even stole over 1000⬠from me. I took one bonus which was offered me via mail. Once i completed my wagering requirement over thousand euros vanished from my account. I contacted support and he told me it was reduced because of a maxwin rule of the bonus. There is no such rule anywhere (there is 10000⬠max in general but my balance went from 2700 to 1600). Then they didnt even respond to askgamblers complaint at all. I will not tolerate this and i will make sure everyone gets to hear about this crime.
There are plenty of casinos online where to choose so stay away from this one.
Edit. After three weeks (or so) golden star credited back the missing funds so its resolved and im happy. But because of the hasslr i cannot give more than 4 stars

When my girlfriend and I first started playing at Goldenstar we were very happy with it. We play at some of their other group casinos as well. They used to have quite a few promotions for everybody like cookie day or other holidays but now they only seem to offer the welcome bonus.
