Beautiful plants

Plants all arrived in good time, the courier was three days late, but it didn’t matter too much.

Delivery was the only issue

Delivery was the only issue; wasn’t dispatched as early as I’d hoped for the price but the attempted delivery I couldn’t understand as two people in the house all day.

Very helpful customer service

Very helpful customer service. Speedy delivery. My latest order a nice large plant arrived in excellent condition. I have used Golden Valley a number of times before and am always impressed with their plants. Will be ordering from them again. A contrasting experience from Crocus whose plants sent to me recently have been so disappointing and poor value.

Excellent quality plants

Excellent quality plants. Just a shame that package was very badly damaged on delivery but this was the fault of the courier company not Golden Valley Plants. Will certainly be buying from them again.

Thanks for your review, it's great to hear that your plants arrived with you well, though it really is a shame about the damage to the packaging. I've forwarded on your order number to our courier so that they can investigate and try to ensure this doesn't happen again, and in the meantime if your plants have any problems going forward due to these damages then please send us an email and we can sort that out for you!
