No dress or order update/ shipping after ten days. The company is not replying to emails or Instagram messages. Really disappointed because I ordered before with no concerns.

I was so disappointed with the service. I ordered a dress for an event and I even got an email to say my dress had been shipped. 5 days later I then got an email saying unfortunately my dress was not in stock and a refund would be sent. This caused me alot of inconvenience as I had to find another dress last minute!

Ordered a bunch of dresses for me and my daughter and while I won’t be keeping them all, they seemed to be good quality and arrived really quickly! The reason I’m not keeping is just because they didn’t all suit me (which is more of a me issue than the dresses). All the dresses looked gorgeous on my daughter.

I think everything was great and the delivery was quick, but I was missing one of the items in my order so that was a pretty big downside for me.

I got some not as popular items at a sale price - if I was paying the full price I feel like I would have expected better quality. I'm happy to pay more for independent brands, but the items I bought felt more like mid range high street quality. They have some cute new items in for Autumn so the quality is good enough for me to give them another go.

I ordered a product which I was then informed was out of stock currently. The Customer Services Team got in touch straight away and gave me a number of options on how to resolve this including letting me know when they were restocking the item. I got the original item ordered and quicker than expected! Fantastic customer service, made so much easier by speaking to a human being rather than an automated system.
