Unbelievable! The driver stopped to get petrol after picking us up. Filled his tank. Didn't pay at the pump, but went inside to pay which took ages, made us late for our event and didn't event apologise.
Looking forward to driverless cabs, happy days.

I have ordered cab and was told there is one available. Never came . When rang again I was told they are busy so I must wait. Needed the cab for time and never got it. That happened three times already. Be aware they aren’t trustworthy! The operator said that he do apologise…

If I could give this less stars I WOULD. Extremely rude customer service - both people I spoke to on the phone were incredibly unprofessional. Completely inept and no people skills, they both sounded very threatening and definitely should not be doing this job.

Driver booked for 3am pickup. From the tracking he clearly got lost and I had to ring the office to which he arrived 3.15am. Was rude. Said he wasn’t going to help with cases as we had a man (my friend’s husband saying bye to his lady) present. Confessed he was under medication for his eyes for the reason he was late.
Once at the airport refused to help us 2 ladies with our luggage advising that he had a bad back and further expressed how we were to avoid damaging his bumper when we attempted getting the luggage out of the boot!
One star for at least we got there!

Booked a taxi on the app to pick us up from Heathrow as we did it on line from abroad only give option for 4people 2 suitcases, Got in taxi and all of a sudden was an extra £15 because it was 3 people and 3 suitcases. Extra suit case cost an extra £15, even though there was one less person!!!

We have used goldline for many years.
All drivers are friendly,profesional
and drive safely .The cars are comfortable. Thanks to mohamed akhtar who took us to moorfields eye hosital and Akmil who brought us back.

What a pile of utter incompetence, told I would have a cab here in 14mins, then got a call driver would be 10mins, non arrival, called in to be told that driver couldn't make it, would be next driver in 10 mins, guy in the office TOTALLY incompetent I missed my appointment and cancelled the job STAY CLEAR they are LIARS and IMBECILES

I had been waiting for over an hour for a bus from Newham hospital and felt unable to stand up any longer and was cold. The Ubers were expensive and also had long waiting times.I spoke to Ali at the East Ham office and explained that I felt unwell and needed a cab asap, and even before the call ended, my cab arrived. It was driven by Md Shamsul,who was also very polite and caring.
This company had given me excellent service today.

The company are very good, reliable and professional, Great service. The lovely driver who last picked me up listened patiently and offered sound advice as I moaned about the problems in the world that I could not solve and still got me home safely.

Jamal took us to Gatwick.Found the best route as traffic was terrible.
Was extremely polite and helpful.

Awful service! Pre-booked and pre-paid for a taxi which arrived 20 MINS LATE!!! Everytime I called the office, I was lied to and told it's 'one minute' away, another ten minutes passed....! All they said was 'sorry about that'! No point pre-booking a taxi.

Driver arriver on time, very clean minibus, excellent journey. Will definitely use again

Goldline cars will charge you, even when the pick up time is unknown,even if it means 3 hours of waiting. They will refund later, of course, but I'd much prefer being informed via app, where I am ordering, rather than calling the office 20 minutes later, that there will be no pick up at all. Saw on the map lots of free cars in my home area, where I was heading. Unfortunately, no driver wanted to come and pick me up. Obviously they had better deals and more valued customers to serve. I waited a very long time with a kitten with fever for a taxi to take us home from the vets. In the end, I called Uber, dearer but they actually got us back home. Goldline cars app deleted. Never again.

had two cabs today both on time very fair price.bit older now and both drivers very helpfull.even stop let get some shopping on way home.cab company for me now.very happy.

Bad customer service and journey experience!

As a young woman the reason why I get the cab at night is to feel safe. Had a bad experience with the cab driver as he was intimidating and pressuring us give him the cash part way through the journey. Called the cab office who basically said we are lucky to get the lift. What happened to customer service!

Waiting time increases everytime I book cab no matter when I use the app

used to go to Gatwick last week, driver was friendly and car was in nice condition. The collection from Gatwick today was completely different. Driver was not there for flight time even though that was delayed by 20 minutes. Three times we had to call, he was on his way, then parked up in express pick up (where ever that was). We told him to come to us in arrivals hall as what was agreed. 45 minutes later he arrived. The journey home was not pleasant. Apart from the traffic, the car was in poor condition, the door seal was not in the door. The driver was lane changing all the time, breaking hard and then slowing down in dangerous areas

I booked a cab for 8.50am to take me to Whipps Cross Hospital at 9.05am he still had not turned up so I rang to see where he was I was told there was no booking made although I had booked it yesterday eventually somebody did come after I complained several times. What an awful company and dreadful service this is not the first time this has happened I doubt if I will be using you again and I shall tell others what a dreadful company you are
