Not a huge overnight difference

Not a huge overnight difference, but after 2 weeks I realized I wasn’t as anxious before bed. That mattered more than I expected.

It’s one of those things that doesn’t feel dramatic. But after some time, you realize things are just working better. Less tension, better sleep, more steady energy. Hard to explain but yeah.
