I have purchased from Gold Survival Guide several times now, great team to deal with. The daily emails are great and keep you up to date with what is happening with the bullion prices.

Rang David to get a quote and received that back within minutes. The order was placed and when the invoice arrived, was paid for immediately, as the terms of dealing with Gold Survival require. A delivery advise was received about half way into the normal lead time, and where held until I was able to uplift at a time suitable to myself. In my experience, Gold Survival has always given a SERVICE equal to and beyond that that I would normally expect for their type of business. I would highly recommend them to others interested in investing in their products.

Had to chase re delayed delivery. Ultimately discovered order had not been placed with supplier. Had to followup to expedite customs release then incorrectly received invoice for this. Too many slipups to have confidence going forward. Slow delivery times introduces counter-party risk in uncertain times
